    I found an authentic Italian recipe for Bolognese Bolognese, the most typical and classic meat sauce in Italy. The recipe comes from the Italian Cooking School. The recipe was notarized and preserved at the Bologna Chamber of Commerce in 1982. After years of modifications, it is now the final version. The ingredients for this meat sauce are very common. You can basically buy them all at the vegetable market or supermarket. , the meat sauce made according to the recipe is really delicious. Friends who like to eat meat sauce pasta recommend everyone to give it a try. You can make a lot of meat sauce at one time, then divide it into portions and freeze it for storage. Defrost it in advance before eating, and then put it in the freezer. Heat the pot and mix well with the cooked pasta.
    Original recipe (serves 4 people):
    50 g olive oil or butter, 300 g minced beef, 150 g pancetta (unsmoked), 50 g yellow carrots, 50 g celery, 50 g onions, 300 g tomato paste or peeled tomatoes, 1.2 liters vegetable stock (according to required), 240 ml whole milk, 120 ml red wine, salt and pepper to taste,
    120 ml fresh cream (optional, I didn’t), 360 g fresh or dry lasagna
    Here are the changes I made:
    1. I replaced bacon with ham. Because ham is saltier, I halved it. If you can’t buy the bacon mentioned in the original recipe, you can use an equal amount of pork belly instead. I think you can also replace it with ham or Shanghai bacon, and the taste will not be bad.
    2. Vegetable soup can be replaced with drinking water. You don’t need that much water, just add water while stewing, and add it according to the soup.
    3. The other ingredients have not changed. They are all made according to the grams of the recipe. It is really delicious.
    4. Milk helps balance the acidity of tomatoes. Adding milk does not have a strange taste, but adds more nutrients to this dish. It is a high-protein diet and is very suitable for eating when losing weight.
