My first crush. Beautiful, adorable, charming, sexy, witty, cute, off-the-charts feminine, ... If this woman doesn't do it for you, you're playing for the wrong team.
Leave a few words of praise for others to use, you listed all the ones that come to mind when I see her.I love her, too, who wouldn't? Just joking, I'm so glad that in this fickle world so many still have Teri in their hearts.❤❤❤
First time I ever saw her was on Star Trek the original series. Assignment Earth. Last show of the year. Teri played the secratery to Robert Lansings,Gary Seven. On of my all time favorite Star Trek episodes. Rest in Peace sweet Teri.
So sweet. As a performer myself, I sense that she might have been nervous and suspect that she might have been embarrassed by this performance when she did it - but it was good. I hope she watched it later and saw her charm. The crowd obviously loved her. We all loved her.
I love Teri. She was such a beautiful and talented woman. But this monologue that was written for her... 😶😶😶 Only her bubbly charm and personality could pull off something so bad. And yes... the people always loved her. RIP Teri
I've watched videos of appearances on Letterman and Carson dating back to the late '80s where she struggles to navigate a step on stage. I'm thinking she was exhibiting MS symptoms as long ago as then.
Fell in love with Teri after seeing Young Frankenstein in '74. Loved her in anything she did and after reading her autobiography, admired her courage facing MS. I contribute to the MS Foundation yearly in her honor. RIP Teri.😥
RIP Teri Garr (1944 - 2024). Gorgeous, talented, funny. We will miss you. She joins her Young Frankenstein co-cast - Marty Feldman, Cloris Leachman, Gene Wilder . Such a talented group in the funniest movie of all time.
@MCV1105V Oh, OK. That'd be one year after Tootsie. One year after she started noticing tingling sensations in her limbs. She was already in the very early stages of MS by the time this video was shot. It'd take another 16 years before any doctor gave her the correct diagnosis.
I remember watching this particular episode of SNL when it originally aired.i even remember the cold open when she played a cheerleader.and another skit on that same show where she played an actress shooting a coffee commercial where she had to do take after take after take and everything went horribly wrong.that skit was funny as hell I never laugh so hard like that at the time.you have to find that skit with Terri and upload it A.S.A.P.
Only Teri Garr could take something like that and almost make it work. She must have been truly fearless, as well as ridiculously talented. (and hard-working) And even though she's older and heavier here, she's still lovely and beautiful. I hope she's not doing too badly these days.
A very appropriate and fantastic Tribute too a Truly & absolutely, lovely Beautiful woman who when she entered our homes or lives? Allowed a Magnificent Raye of Sun shine, Love 💕💕 and gleeful Cheer too accompany it's arrival as well. I personally can't think 🤔🤔 of any more eloquent or endearing thing's too say. Other than from the first time I saw Ms Terri Garr too the last time I was able too see her Acting Talent showcased, before her illness set in. She was always a Treat delightful 🙂🙂 addition too my World, that just couldn't have been better. May you RIP Terri and the Good Lord watch over You. AMEN. Know we Loved You. 🎗️🎗️💕💕🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🤔🤔💕💕❤️❤️❤️
There are litterally not enough good words to describe Terri Garr!! She was the kind of person we all wished we could be around, every minute, of evety day!!! RIP, Ms. Garr!! 😢🎉❤.
RIP One of the all time great comedic actresses. She was warm, pretty, funny, and was the girl next door. She was fantastic in Young Frankenstein. One of a kind. 🌻
2 fun facts about our dear Ms. Garr: 1) She was the voice of Terry's mom on BATMAN BEYOND. 2) If you check out the T.A.M.I. Show from 1964, the Supremes performed a couple of their hits. As they sing WHERE DID OUR LOVE GO?, watch as several dancers pass by the group. The blonde dancer with a bullseye shirt? That's Teri Garr!
The World is a much sadder place now without this beautiful, beautiful woman, great actress and wildly funny, how the hell they EVER finished Young Frankenstein is beyond me !, you are much missed beautiful Terri....❤
Amazing. Here we see an idea for a monologue -- the Haven't-We-Met? bit -- that must have cracked them up in the writer's room but doesn't gel at all in live performance. The monologue is DOA, but by the sheer force of Teri Garrness, just because it's her, nobody minds. Here's to you.
R.I.P. She was such a lovely person and a great actress!!!
RIP ❤
Rip, sister!🎉etheral heartbroken.😢
Yes!!!
She was awesome. I always loved her. RIP ❤
She was so funny, so beautiful and a great actress. I couldn't agree with you anymore.
The whole world will miss you, Ms. Garr. I had a decades-long crush on you since the 60's. You were the most natural person ever. 😓
She was the most wonderful person; you are so correct. She will be so missed. How can we not have a crush on a woman like her!!!
Always GORGEOUS! RIP Teri
Such a delightful heart warming person! She will be sorely missed.😢
She had a quality of being genuine, sweet, cute, lighthearted, unpretentious like no other actress. She was real, no artificial anything.
Absolutely!!! Don’t forget naturally sexy but not in a nasty or lacivious way. Lovable too.
You forgot "charming" and "engaging."
@ lovable. I just naturally wanted to love her. Very rare trait
How does 40+ years slip by so fast? Still remember her in Tootsie and Young Frankenstein and so many Letterman shows, so adorable. RIP Teri.
She brought us so much laughter and joy. I am really sad that she's gone.
Absolutely adorable. And very funny.

Most assuredly! Teri Garr was a one of a kind, exquisite enchantress. ❤

She really helped make that a great episode because she made it feel so contemporary instead of dated in the 60's because that's just the way she was.
On the topic of sci-fi and actor Robert Lansing, see the Twilight Zone (original series) episode "The Long Morrow." One of the better TZ episodes.
Rest In Peace, Beautiful Teri Garr
Terri is such a beautiful lady, glad she is still alive, even with MS.
she passed away today. Sadly
@@Lupinthe3rd. OH RIP.

To me, her awkwardness and nervousness, while keeping that genuine smile on her face, was just so sexy and feminine.
She was SO beautiful and gorgeous! 😍
She is still beautiful and gorgeous
Great spirit through thick an thin
She was so lovely. Its so sad what happened to her.
What happened?
@@MarceloRomero360 She's been retired for nearly 20 years due to having Multiple Sclerosis. She's confined to a wheelchair.

She joins her Young Frankenstein co-cast - Marty Feldman, Cloris Leachman, Gene Wilder . Such a talented group in the funniest movie of all time.
Unfortunately, she said some nasty things about Gene Wilder.
You forgot Peter Boyle “Frankenstein” & Madeline Kahn.
What a comedic treasure she was! Rest in peace, Teri. Shawn R., Mo-Mutt Music/Sacred & Secular
Loved her in Oh God , incredibly beautiful ❤
Some of those guys in the audience could not help themselves. Lol.

November 1983 … the early days of my senior year in high school. Where does the time go? RIP Teri Garr.
