@Just Mercedes How often do you do these exercises? I would think that also lifting 3, 5 or 10 lbs. weights would help as well with definition. I've heard 3 times a week is sufficient because you need "recovery" in between work outs to see results.
I was just going to say dude! You have no idea how creepy my skin has! I recently lost 70 lbs and I have never lost this much weight except when I gave birth when I was 19 now I'm 41 and I haven't used my body in about a decade well really for so it's really starting catch up to me. Let me tell you it is really true if you don't use it you lose it
Guys this really works so well, i don't know if I'm really loosing any fat but this strengthened my core for sure. I've been only doing this once every day for about a week now. I wasn't able to pick up even 3 litres of a water can before and now i can pick up 6 litres. Trust me this works!! :)

I will update for you guys ... and I also want to be motivated that is why I update Day1: HOLY SHIIT it burns , of course no progress yet Day2 : I feel my arms burning and shaking but no difference yet , I will update in 5 days to tell you if it works or not Day 7 : I feel my arms stronger but no difference in the looks , hope it will change soon Week3 : I see a slight difference but since I see changes I will keep working , but I won't update anymore so goodbye !

I like that all the moves are explained quickly and summarized instead of having a 20-minute video. If you want to do all the reps along with her, just press the SETTINGS button and slow down the playback speed to 0.5 or 0.25

I love her exercises. I started about 3 weeks ago, but the only problem I have is that I have to pause the tape to do the required number of exercises. I wish she will do the exercises with me, without having to pause every time a change of exercise is required.

I had 2 wrist surgeries. The first one in July and the last one being on Thurs., Oct 12. I realized that not being able to use my arm to it's fullest has caused my shoulder to stiffen somewhat; therefore, I find these arm exercises to be very helpfu to mel. Thank you for this workout!
I like these exercises. I do not understand why people are knocking down any type of exercise. Any exercise is better than no exercise. I just did them and they truly burn. I paused the video for each exercise to complete all counts.
Amanda & Damaris that just means that the muscles are larger and stronger in your shoulders than your arms. There are no nerves in fat so you won’t feel any sensation there while working out. The more you work out and build more muscles, getting more toned and burning fat, the more you’ll feel it in your arms.
Please don't go away keep this video on utube longer longer longer. This is really good exercise for this problem, stay awhile in case I forget one of those arm excerises. please.

After a week not everyday exercising there's a slight reduction in arm flap.. Not important or noticed but i can feel the difference Now another week with everyday exercise.. Wish me luck

Amber, I really appreciate the exercises to target my upper arms. I definitely feel the burn! My only complaint is that you move from exercise to exercise without giving time to complete the repetitions. I'd have to pause the video, do the exercise and come back. Just wish it was longer so I wouldn't have to do this. I'll make a cheat cheat so I can make sure I'm doing everything correctly. Thanks again for the excellent tutorial.

Yes. As many others have stated, it's 'crepey' due to the fact that it resembles CREPE PAPER. (As well as cottage cheese!) Aging is not for the faint of heart.
Thanks for a quick and informative video. I've never seen some of these exercises before. I will try adding them to my workout tomorrow. I'm not sure I'll be able to start with 20-25 each. I'll probably start with 10 each and work up to 25 or more. That's what I usually do when I add anything. I very much believe in the "start slow and stick with it," approach. ;)

...second day of this. And it hurts! But i need motivation to keep going. With Likes or replies. This is my fourth day. I actually got used to the work outs. Still hurts, but they arent as hard. I cant see results. But ill keep going. Day5. It hurts!. My arms are shaking. I added 20 more onto the last workout. I thought it was 40 but it was 20. Now i cant lift my arms. Oh well at least i got more exercise!👍😄 Day 7 I skipped day 6 for rest. But now its faster. It only took 4 minutes to do the entire thing. Guys I need help. I can tell I'm getting lazy. My motivation is fading. I don't wanna give up so soon. Day 9, yes I forgot to update day 8, I did do the workout tho. And I'm just gonna say, people have got to try this. It doesn't hurt anymore. I’ve been doing this everyday for about a week and I can see results. About two years ago I lost 30 pounds but since quarantine I’ve gained it all back. I’m trying to lose that weight again. If you do this EVERYDAY you should definitely see results

Day-1: Damn it hurts! But I feel good about myself for actually doing it from start to finish. I have fat arms that I do need to tone before my wedding. So will update for anyone whoever is interested. 😊 Day-3: arms ache like crazy but after the stretch it goes away completely. I don't see a noticeable change in my arms but I do feel my my old dress sleeves don't cut into the arms anymore. Maybe I'm overimagining or maybe it's actually happening 🤔either way I'm gonna continue doing it along with my diet. 😊

I could tell everyone try it we cannot expect miracles in few weeks but a valuable change about your arms can be expected. the sagging of your arms definitely reduced it will take time to tune your arms but i have been working since last 2weeks i could see the results..... So continue till you get the results don't ⛔stop thank you.
this would be so much better if you did all the reps with us so we don't have to pause, rewind, etc. Every trainer that has helped me online goes through the whole cycle with you.

This is a VERY effective video. For people with neck issues or feel shoulder pain with weights - I make it a little harder by increasing the reps.

It’s very effective. I can’t use weights due to shoulder and neck issues. I increase the reps. I use this with my full body workout and Pilates.

Guys. No FRICKEN JOKE. it works. My arms are actually thinning. Day 11. I thought it wasnt because I still have a sag underneath my arms. But its working from top to bottom! I swear to god I thought this wasn't working. Im going to test and see if I'm strong enough to do a push up. Wish me luck!!!

Recent update. This works! I've been doing this for 11 days. I can only do a push up now. But haven't even successfully lifted myself off the ground before! I love this workout. Its easy. Thanks for support. I know there's two. But I would've given up again.👍😊

I’ve been doing this everyday for about a week and I can see results. About two years ago I lost 30 pounds but since quarantine I’ve gained it all back. I’m trying to lose that weight again. If you do this EVERYDAY you should definitely see results

The best thing about this workout is we don't need any kind of weights or equipment... And actually we feel the burn 🔥
Day-1: Damn it hurts! But I feel good about myself for actually doing it from start to finish.
I have fat arms that I do need to tone before my wedding. So will update for anyone whoever is interested. 😊
Day-3: arms ache like crazy but after the stretch it goes away completely. I don't see a noticeable change in my arms but I do feel my my old dress sleeves don't cut into the arms anymore. Maybe I'm overimagining or maybe it's actually happening 🤔either way I'm gonna continue doing it along with my diet. 😊

@@WormensLikeThat well,i continued for 7days and i did see a difference.Due to exams i had stopped it. Circumference didnt have any drastic change but it did feel toned. Wish i could keep on doing it.thanx for reminding.will try to continue it again.

I could tell everyone try it we cannot expect miracles in few weeks but a valuable change about your arms can be expected. the sagging of your arms definitely reduced it will take time to tune your arms but i have been working since last 2weeks i could see the results..... So continue till you get the results don't ⛔stop thank you.
