"If you would like to see a part 2, do let me know in a comment below." Absolutely, yes! You do very well with these videos & I, for one, always appreciate the details that you sketch in with them.
One of the biggest mysteries of the exiled lands is who is Arcos The Wanderer referring to wearing amber colored bracelets and living on the other side of the cursewall? It would be cool if in a future age Funcom expanded the map to the Northeast but instead making accessible immediately it only became accessible to players that successfully removed the bracelet and could move freely through the cursewall like Conan. Make the edge of the map give a final warning and option to leave the exiled lands forever.
I do like the idea of changing or altering the bracelet to get to a new area. Arcos is a really weird case, I'm probably gonna end up covering it in a Raw Lore video in the future
Siptah is a whole other kettle of fish, though the story is admittedly a bit more Lovecraftian, which does pull me in. I haven't pulled the trigger on covering the Siptah lore just yet, but I most definitely will
Once upon a time, Lian was a member of a travelling circus. He was the chief clown. One day he clowned a bit too much and the King took that as heresy and sentenced him to exile. On his way, him and his captors were ambushed by a gang of mercenaries, thinking they carried treasures. Finding none, the brutes got enraged, and decided to sell their captives into slavery. As they went to the market, Lian tried to impress the gang with his witty jokes, but they fell on deaf ears , as his words went far above their primitive heads Reaching the market, the mercenaries sold their captives. One illustrious monk bought Lian, and brought him to his master. The same King that once had sentenced Lian to exile. Discovering who the monk had bought, he got enraged and began tearing tufts of hairs from his own head in frustration, and cursed the universe for mocking him. Lian quipped there had to be a reason for his return and suggested to be reunited with his old gang and be once again reinstalled as their chief clown. The King disagreed vehemently and sent Lian into exile, again. This time he broke free and tried to escape, fleeing his captors. It went well until he dived into a brothel, trying to hide. The owner of the brothel at the time had had a bit too much to drink, and reached out for the closest wench. Unfortunately that person was Lian. Speaking in a feminine voice he tried to sooth the owner, and slipped through his drunken grasp. Not to be denied, the owner went for the crotch, and to great surprise discovered a twig and two berries. Once again he (Lian, of course) had to flee, with a litany of curses in many tongues by the brothel owner. The latter screamed he had never been betrayed like this before, he had been cheated and on and on, cursing the universe for making a joke out of his lust. Making his way through the dark alleys, Lian sped with great haste not knowing which direction was heading where. He climbed over a fence, and went up a set of stairs behind a great building. Finding a window, he didn't waste precious seconds, ducking inside. In the darkness he groped around for the wall, finding it and went further into the building. Light ahead! Around the corner, a closed door. Light was framing the door, beckoning like a sign of freedom for Lian to come and open it. He sighed with relief, thinking the worst was over. With great confidence he opened the door, and stared into the face of the King. The King began to scream in a high-pitched voice, his face ashen and quite drawn, for the guards to come to his rescue. Lian turned around and began to sprint, but he stumbled upon the threshold of the doorway, falling flat on his face. Lian in chains for the third time, the King demanded a full regiment to get this accursed chief clown out of his Kingdom. He swore up and down that he didn't want to see Lian ever again, so to make sure his command was heeded, he dressed in full combat armor and got on his steed to personally escort Lian from his Kingdom. The regiment made its way through the winding roads to the border of the Kingdom, and in only a week they were very close to the border. They had made great haste, covering many miles, and Lian had gained proficiency running with his hands tied behind his back and a rope around his neck held by the commander of the regiment. Confidently the King turned his steed around to face Lian, for his grand finale. A serpent at the side of the road, disturbed by the many horses, lashed out at the feet of the nearest horse. Frightful, the horse began to bolt, throwing the occupant into the ditch snapping the latter's neck. Shocked, the commander looked at the dead King, not knowing what to do. They gathered around the King, trying to decide what next to do. Lian began to shift foot by foot away from the regiment, impersonating a tree. Soon he was far enough away to make a run for freedom. Freeing his hands and removing the rope tied around his neck, he applied his sandaled feet and made great progress in the dimming afternoon. Rounding a boulder, he stumbled and fell, hitting his head and went limp. Waking up later, he found himself on a wagon to Helgen, and some guy looked at him and said, "Hey, you. You're finally awake. You were trying to cross the border, right? Walked right into that Imperial ambush, same as us and that thief over there." The thief repiled, "Damn you Stormcloaks! Skyrim was fine until you came along, Empire was nice and lazy. If they hadn't been looking for you, I could have stolen that horse and been halfway to Hammerfell. You there, you and me, we shouldn't be here. It's the Stormcloaks the Empire wants." Feeling dizzy, the world began to spin around and Lian blacked out once again. Waking up, he felt excruciating pain in his hands, and discovered he had been nailed to a cross in a desert...
Congratulations! Excellent work. I loved your video, is very well done and the storytelling is so good spotted in mixing with the images. Just do the next parts, please.
@Eradicati0n... yes man, please do a second part... I love your building guides... but also your lore videos... because you have such a great voice and your narrative style, your emphasis is moving and very atmospheric... and although English is not my mother tongue... I understand you well and enjoy listening... like a meditation to slow down... in hard times... thxs a lot, Sir. 👍👍👍 a big fat thumbs up for this... best regards
@@Eradicati0nn You can accept the compliment, because I myself am creative and full of imagination, but I also like to be inspired... I mean, I know a lot of content creators... It's already noted down on the video list, so hopefully sooner rather than later. Just gotta pray I don't stumble upon a massive lore rabbit hole whilst researching it 😂
6:09 When AoS was released I commented on several Content Creator videos, "These Sorcerers, and their practices _(Art)_ are who Conan would kill." Finally there is confirmation in your content and the newly added Princess. BTW, while I accept that the AoS is lore/canon, I refused to become a Sorcerer. I stopped playing before chapter two of AoS and continue to refuse becoming a Sorcerer. I don't feel like I missed anything... at all. I'm back for the AoW and boy-howdy is it a typical Funcom piece of buggy... Well there are some improvements, including QoL. But the new "Call a Purge/Raid" mechanic is beyond stupid.
You never had to become a sorcerer in AoS. And the irony of claiming sorcerers are anathema and conan would kill them, you instead stuck your head in the sand and let the plague sweep across the land unchecked. These sound like the mad ramblings of a tavern drunk 🥴. Conan would laugh!
@@NightshadeTS And you still don't have to become a sorcerer but you still can. We also heard evidence that Conan did indeed kill sorcerers. Sorcerers that players would become. So I chose to NOT become a sorcerer, then and now. I fought and killed them in AoS Chapter one. I fight and kill them in AoW. Conan would be proud. So you're mad at me for NOT playing AoS chapters 2 and 3? Perhaps my original statement was incomplete. I stopped playing AoS because of the bugs Funcom introduced. Not because of the story.

Yea we need a part 2, 3, 4 and more
Maybe in part two you could cover the religious tutors if you haven't already?
I have covered Mek extensively, but there are other tutors I would definitely like to look into!
I would like this for Siptah as well!
