Thank you for your video. I have this controller connected to espar engine hear, got it all installed but never checked it myself, mechanics did right after installation, hopefully it's all the same on my end
Nice video. Just got mine, B4L M2, working a few minutes ago. Side note to new users, Make sure to take off the clear plastic from the front otherwise you will get an error code. It covers the temp sensor, (I believe). If you can please to a video on setting the timers. I'm having difficulty as of yet doing so. Thanks

This helped understand the always over complicated Espar controls. One question: Once I have the temp and time set and it is running, I press and hold the button to turn it off. Can I press and hold the button again to start the furnace the next day with the same settings as before? Are they saved? Thanks again.
Glad we could help. Yes, if you long press the round dial it will start the heater at the last settings you used.
What does the dan setting do? Is it only on/off, or is there a few different speeds?

That's awesome. Answered all my questions regarding duration and temperature. One question though. When it reaches the desired temp... What happens? Does it cycle off and then on again? Or does it just turn the fuel off and the fan continues..
The fan will continue to spin but at a slower rate for a while. Then the heater will stop completely but the controller will indicate that it is still in heating mode.

Nice instructions to get started. Do you happen to know what the temperature offset is used for and how to set it? Range is from -10F to +10F. Wonder if it will help the issue of it getting too cold before the heater starts up again -once it has reached the set temp and stops.
