I suggest you add a coat of marine poly to the complete outside. Regular poly will eventually crack and peel off. You might also consider adding drip rails to the ends of the roof for better protectin. Beautiful job!
As a Dutch person, the reason why you didn't see any double Dutch doors in the Netherlands is because no house has it for their front door, but a Dutch door is really commonly used as a back door. Almost every house that I've been to has a Dutch door

The only thing I am personally missing here, is a little hook inside to hang clothes and a ladder on the outside, detachable, to ease acess to the camper, as not to jump everytime on the truck bed. But what an amazing build that is. Well done.

That came out so awesome. My only criticism is I would have extended it out to the length of the tailgate when down. The extra couple of feet of length gained would been well worth it.

I was thinking, it could be cool to have a fold down counter on the outside under each window, for various purposes. Maybe even a little fold down table on the inside of your upper hatch of your door or at least a stashable little folding table, for your laptop. It will be fun to see what piece of land you end up getting & what you will do on it. It would be cool if it had an old fixer upper cabin on it, would make for great ongoing content.
I would have added some 1/2” foam board in the walls/ceiling and lined it with Tyvec for a vapor barrier. Would make for a much more comfortable living space inside. I guess your spar varnished wood would do ok, but belt and suspenders, I’d say.

You have great motivation. I have built with wood for over 40 years, none of which were weather proof or over the road proof. If I were to take on what you are doing, I would use vinyl deck lumber and poly boards for the exterior and rough framing because the rain will never comprise the integrity of this material. I was thinking that too, but then it occurred to me that perhaps he is in college, or there is the time it takes to do a build, he likes to show the time lapse completed project, do high quality editing and detailed descriptive narration, rather than be rushed & sloppy as so many you tubers can be when on a deadline. He did get over 8 Million Views on just one part of his Tiny Home Build Time Lapse. He said the ad revenue paid for his Tiny Home's full cost. It looks like he has the formula figured out. Smart, quality, interesting, funny, refreshingly so.
I would love to see how these builds age. An update in six months and then a year of things that have held up well, changes you would make if you were doing it again and any other thoughts that might have evolved.

I would recommend putting a little barrier next to the electrical stuff, just so that your clothes or whatever you store down there doesn't make contact with anything. This will reduce the risk of fire.😊😊😊
Nice looking build. Cedar is a good choice for a number of reasons. I wish though you had insulated it. You would have more options for places to go in winter. I bet you've lived in FL all your life. The next one you build you could build longer , insulate it and put in one of the teeny tiny wood stoves and a small kitchen. You'd be ready for fall & winter camping. There are some amazing places. I hope you get to see them. ✌🏻

That would have required some kind of mounting system to be in place. From what I saw, he clearly was designing it to lay in and go.
Yeah, it definitely could have. I just like having the ability to leave the tailgate on and use it as a way to secure the camper.

I would recommend putting a little barrier next to the electrical stuff, just so that your clothes or whatever you store down there doesn't make contact with anything. This will reduce the risk of fire.😊😊😊

Cedar is a good choice for a number of reasons.
I wish though you had insulated it. You would have more options for places to go in winter. I bet you've lived in FL all your life.
The next one you build you could build longer , insulate it and put in one of the teeny tiny wood stoves and a small kitchen.
You'd be ready for fall & winter camping. There are some amazing places. I hope you get to see them.
