I think they built the house just to prove it can be done. I noticed that there is no egress window in the loft. Also, since none of the windows open, the house is going to trap moisture. However, it is a beautiful looking home. And it's amazing what they could do for so little money.

Asking a real estate agent whether you should buy a home right now is like to asking an alcoholic whether they think you should have a drink lol. Homes in my neighborhood that cost around $450k in sales in 2019 are now going for $800 to $950k. Every seller in my neighborhood is currently making a $350k profit. Simply unreal. In all honesty, deflation is what we require. The only other option is for many people to go bankrupt, which would also be bad for the economy. That is the only way to return to normal.
Home prices will come down eventually, but for now; its best to offset some of your real estate investments and get into the financial markets or gold. The new mortgage rates are crazy, add to that the recession and the fact that mortgage guidelines are getting more difficult. Home prices will need to fall by a minimum of 40% (more like 50%) before the market normalizes. Since the outbreak of 2020, which significantly affected the market, I've been consulting an investment coach before making any investment decisions because their entire philosophy is built around employing a high-profit orientated plan while simultaneously trading long and short, as well as decreasing risk exposure as a hedge against inevitable downtrends. When coupled with their access to odd data and analysis, underperformance is virtually impossible.

Hi! I'm excited to be here in your channel and I'm interested in learning more about investing and saving up for my retirement but am a little confused about the whole process. Any advice or tips to get me started up would be greatly appreciated.
Retirement is now more difficult than it was in the past. I've been saving for a long time instead of investing, and right now I only have about $400K. considering all the inflation, i'm thinking of investing in stocks, i dont just have idea on market strategies.
The increasing prices have impacted my plan to retire at 62, work part-time, and save for the future. I'm concerned about whether those who navigated the 2008 financial crisis had an easier time than I am currently experiencing. The combination of stock market volatility and a decrease in income is causing anxiety about whether I'll have sufficient funds for retirement.
This is precisely why I like having a portfolio coach guide my day-to-day market decisions: with their extensive knowledge of going long and short at the same time, using risk for its asymmetrical upside and laying it off as a hedge against the inevitable downward turns, their skillset makes it nearly impossible for them to underperform. I've been utilizing a portfolio coach for more than two years, and I've made over $800k
This is only part 1 guys! They still have to run services beneath the house and add a foundation base. It's NOT gonna be perfect yet! I work in the construction field so I can see their intent in the process.
Last time he did the bus he painted the roof black and it was a bad idea that needed to be changed because it got to hott, so he’s going to need to do the same thing. That’s proof he doesn’t really use these for long after he builds them.
@@RBEditz.1 no one said anything about living in them, but most people who build a beautiful rv, or bus conversion etc etc they usually would ya know…..actually use it and go out a couple times a year camping, or drive it across state lines for a couple weeks/months to get away. Esp if you’re putting all these bathroom kitchen and bedrooms inside to make it have everything you need.
@@ChayDenne the builds are sick, but I wish you’d like…..show yourself actually using them. Like film a vlog of you building one and then actually using it for a week and show the camping experience. Or like something other than building tiny homes if you’re not going to actually use them. 🤷🏻♂️ idk just my opinion.
As an Investing enthusiast, I often wonder how top level investors are able to become millionaires off investing.. I've been sitting on over $545K equity from a home sale and I'm not sure where to go from here, is it a good time to buy into stocks or do I wait for another opportunity?.
Find quality stocks that have long term potential, and ride with those stocks. I have found it takes someone who is very familiar with the market to make such good picks
I agree with you. I started out with investing on my own, but I lost a lot of money. I was able to pull out about $200k after the 2020 crash. I invested the money using an analyst, and in seven months, I raked in almost $673,000

I recommend checking out Jeff Paul's shortcut to internet millions. For the low cost of 14 yearly payments of 19.99 in perpetuity you can have your own turn key internet business. Before Jeff Paul's shortcuts I was digging sewage ditches on the outskirts of Kuala Lumpur. Now I've bought my 3rd home and even installed an outhouse for the immigrant family that lives in a home depot shed in the back of my lot after I subjugated them into indentured servitude. Furthermore I finally transitioned to fit my new female gender status. My son is graduating with a degree in gender studies and my husband can finally call me his wife without looks of confusion.
This is an amazing project! It has alot of potential for the overpriced housing market in expensive cities and also something to consider for low income housing to ease the homeless issue.

You should host workshops in various cities showing people how to do this. You’ll probably make just as much as you make on UA-cam because these are veryyyyyyy popular AND you can get Home Depot to sponsor it. I’d like 10% of the earnings from each city for the IP 👌🏾
Hey , think bout to make a video about the basicks. Like what software you use for the design, the most usefull tools, and principals for building projects, like : base, top , exterier
There's a reason windows aren't built like that, any expantion or warping in the wood the frame is made from and the glass will crack, and it lookes like it will be a hassle to replace it. But is you cut one of the sides of the wood out and expand it a bit, you might be able to install a new piece of glass from the side and add some glass galzing that is designed to brevent cracking due to expantion in the wood.
Okay I have a question maybe two... 1) Let's say someone who's homeless (however a family member had left them some land stated in that family members will) would love to build this or possibly something a little bit bigger (cause of his or her family is growing) what would you do or suggest to them ? 2) If there is any specific information that should be passed onto them immediately would you mind DM'n me that information ?

I love everything about this project. But the best is to see two brothers together. ❤
What a family! Energetic, innovative, talented, hard working and handsome! Can't wait to watch the net video!!
We need a second part to this video. I bet inside will look good when your done with it. Tiny home are so very cool.
@EndDims what highway incident?

This is freaking awesome chay!
Keep it up glad to see that you’re posting again!
Is any merch coming soon?
thank you bro!! and yes everytime a video doesnt do well, we pause and try to learn what we did wrong
That tiny house from the outside looks amazing🔥 I can't wait for the next video and see what you guys do to the inside.
I would consider you guys certified builders😤
did i miss something or did he not post the second video for the interior build?
Yeah also wondering where this is
haha bro just skipped the most important part of the video
Best video I have seen. And for your first tiny house build well done. Your father must be proud of you both.
Chay you should add some protection under the trailer to preventing foam get wet and alaso use redwood or pine tree because that type of wood is light yet strong than plywood
Pine is definitely not stronger than plywood. Agree with the underside protection though. The whole build is a mess.
@@jimmyredd how so, I mean it came together looks good to me help me to understand.
I would love to see yall do an interior build on a tuff shed or something similar!
"Wear a dust mask!" says every mother watching your video
the way you connect with us viewers is just amazing!
Wow! Amazing job! I’m hugely inspired by you guys i just love seeing you two work together, you always create amazing things! You have inspired my enough so every year i’m starting to build one project in december. I have already made a gokart out of scraps with no wielding by just finding things on the side of roads. ❤
Hey man, I just wanted to say that you have amazing videos, and I love how you change crappy old things into beautiful creations. Keep up the great work!
WOAH ONE MINUTE

What stops the foam falling out the bottom?
It’s been a month

im so grateful to have your support, thank you so much ❤❤
I love your videos. Can you make a camper with slides?
Mind if I ask you to recommend this particular coach you using their service?
Her name is Evelyn Burchett. Just research the name. You'd find necessary details to work with a correspondence to set up an appointment.
Very nice but not being able to open a window is a no go for me.
Instalation from floor is gonna fall out
So what do you do to prevent that?
This is only part 1 guys! They still have to run services beneath the house and add a foundation base. It's NOT gonna be perfect yet! I work in the construction field so I can see their intent in the process.
@@ouch_that_hurt_my_pridethey could probably spray foam it from underneath

Dam 8 was wondering about this
I love ur vids and love seeing how you not spend too much money by making almost everything by yourself. Keep up the great content!👍
The design is amazing! I never thought a tiny house could be this comfortable and practical
that`s an awesome tiny house. a nice video too, keep up the good work!! 💪💪
Last time he did the bus he painted the roof black and it was a bad idea that needed to be changed because it got to hott, so he’s going to need to do the same thing. That’s proof he doesn’t really use these for long after he builds them.
Well duh why would he live in a. Small tiny home. Hes rich and can live in a house
@EndDims Bro him a s his bro are bonding how is this for money. He proubly sleeps in it the first few days
So … none of the windows will be able to open ? It’s nice looking, thanks for sharing.
Did you ever do a follow up video on the interior build for the tiny house? I'd love/need to see the finished interior.
Is that glass safe for driving. Won't shatter ?
well they haven’t said its meant to drive around
its just that trailers are the best to build houses on as it already gives a foundation
“Man these build videos did really well.”
“Let’s just keep remaking the same thing just slightly different.”
“Brilliant!”
I miss when he did challenges and stuff. It seems like the last four videos have something to do with trailers.
i mean kinda, plus I don't like torturing myself
@@ChayDenne the builds are sick, but I wish you’d like…..show yourself actually using them. Like film a vlog of you building one and then actually using it for a week and show the camping experience. Or like something other than building tiny homes if you’re not going to actually use them. 🤷🏻♂️ idk just my opinion.
@@MeatballMedici actually really enjoy these videos of trailers. Its something that interests me. I have thought about doing the same thing.
I mean Chinese water torture was something else and definitely not worth it for only 700k views@@MeatballMedic
Your content is so amazing keep it up!
Should have call little John to help
only need galvanized steel some expansion screw and eco-friendly wood and your all set 👍
You got some connections to get the materials cheap. Well done! If I try this going to the hardware store it would be $20k lol.
Galvanised square steel can make anything happen 💀
i was about to comment the same thing but u forgot eco-friendly wood 😂😂😂
But you need expansion screws that you borrow from your aunt
When’s part 2?
Think he is making It
As an Investing enthusiast, I often wonder how top level investors are able to become millionaires off investing..
Please will you be kind enough to share the details of the man that helped you
Thanks for sharing. I curiously searched for her full name and her website popped up after scrolling a bit. I looked through her credentials and did my due diligence before contacting her. Once again many thanks.
OMG!! YOU TWO BROTHERS AND YOUR FATHER ARE SO BAD ASS!! I just started watching your Podcast videos and like I said before; talented and Mad Swagger!! I'm sold!! 💯%💪👍😊
Too bad they didn’t use galvanised square steel
Amazing content as always!

Skills and talents here are over the top. Thoroughly enjoyed this build. Thanks for sharing.
Amazing!! It is stunning! This would be amazing to have in Europe with all of the cities with small streets and tiny parking places!
Good deal! Keep up the good work man!❤😂
It's been 6months and there's still no inside build
Your videos were great!! I'm one of your viewers and have been watching your videos lately. I would like to invest, but I still can't find the right investment to commit to. I will appreciate any help here.

Has the weld broke where they welded it at the 45° angles😮
Where part two?
You should host workshops in various cities showing people how to do this. You’ll probably make just as much as you make on UA-cam because these are veryyyyyyy popular AND you can get Home Depot to sponsor it. I’d like 10% of the earnings from each city for the IP 👌🏾
You need opening windows low and high for airflow inside the house or you are cooked. Good Luck with it! It looks awesome!
You two did a Awesome job
The music is so annoying

0:13 - How come all the content creators call their builds, the ultimate tiny home?
It's like.... English. Go figure.

This is a glorified dog house lol
And your house is probably an overpriced dump
You and David rule should meet up
Hey , think bout to make a video about the basicks.
Where's the Video of the inside Ill like to see! I want one! : D
what does he do with all these projects he creates? you could make a fortune selling them.
i feel like it's a secret that houses got expensive.
Love the outcome, idea, work, video, budget, color and style is this house!! Awesome job brothers! You are truly blessed 🙏🏼
Where can i watch the 2nd video that have the inside as well?
Make sure next time you use galvanized square steel, eco friendly wood veneers, a foldable desk serving at a place to work and eat, a projector to watch Korean dramas, a washing machine, a wall mounted toilet, a shower head above, a washer, a sink, kitchen supplies, a door to separate wet and dry areas, ant storage area with over a folding mattress
My dad uncle and grandpa Malden a big shed and it was and still is amazing they even did like a house looking roof and barn doors and they painted it to match r house 😁
