Hi. Knew about these exercises since childhood. Started this exercises, every day for the past 7 weeks. Plus some for upper body. Work out for 35 min. Lost 10 lb, became slimmer and stronger. I eat lots of veggies; carrots and apples are the best. I'm 59 y.o.woman. It's really works. Thank you.

Congratulations Vero. I ended up getting a second gym membership strictly for some cardio. at 45 I don't have the fast metabolism like in my 20 but simple exercises like these to stay is good health are great.
I’ve done this workout for a few months, once everyday, not a single time have I stopped and I’ve seen great improvements, I have a six pack now thanks.
In six months time I went from 208 pounds to 168 pounds by waking/jogging six miles everyday threwout the day. The only diet change I made was I started eating smaller portions of food and sweets. I just started adding in leg raises a few weeks ago because I wanted to see if it helps me burn more fat. I'm fourty seven years old and I was not expecting such good results just by waking/jogging, but I'm fourty pounds lighter.
@ironfreddy1708 I stopped walking six miles a day a few months ago because I got bored of it, however, every hour I perferm one minute leg raises , ten to 40 jumping jacks every hour and a few pullups and pushups. My weight has been constantly at 167 to 169 pounds the last few months.
This helps me a lot to understand the pricipal of leg raise and hip raise to lead me to satisfactory free-of-fat muscular build around hip,upper legs,and abdomen.
This exercise is amazing I was 38 waist now I’m 35. I was eating loads of junk food: potato chips , ice cream , chocolates , pizza , you name it but now I’m eating healthy foods with the exercise which is giving me a six pack at sixty. I wish I found this site earlier. Thank you so much
Да. Упражнения шикарные. Для тех у кого висячего жира в низу живота никогда не было. Когда появится, пусть уберут. И если это получится, тогда мы такого знающего блогера выслушаем внимательно. Дело в том что низ живота провисает не от висячего жира, а от висцерального, это тот что наростает на кишках, потом давит изнутри на брюшину. Постепенно проседает вытягиваясь апоневроз живота и укоротить растянутое брюхо становится не возможно. Точно так же как невозможно убрать с лица появившиеся морщины. Живот легко не допустить. А если он появился, носи и терпи его. Остаётся только бороться за то, чтобы он не увеличивался.
@@русланбогатырёв-с9э с Вами согласна по части, думаю, что регулярными тренировками и определённым питанием можно подтянуть живот. Но конечно обобщать не буду и зарекаться тоже, у нас в балете мы сталкиваемся с этой проблемой только по прекращению занятий и ухода. Согласна, что не всегда то, что показывают соответствует , но так как и с остальной информацией надо проанализировать насколько приемственно данное упражнение для меня. Сейчас модно стало не подавать сомнению мнения блогеров по здоровому образу жизни. Вижу классные упражнения на этом канале,но я бы применяла выборочные упражнения под конкретного ученика.

I think its extremely important when trying to get a certain way physically that you tackle the mid section otherwise its really a waste .... I've achieved that through continouious workouts with your videos and have also built up alot of strength/ stamia in the mid section ... ..Thankyou ❤💕🇨🇦🇨🇰🇷🇺
the loss of body fat is not controllable! Training your midsection is important for your stability. Training bigger muscle groups like legs/glutes will lead to more fat loss (in your belly) because they use more energy...

It is possible that activating muscles can have a slight effect on adjacent subcutaneous fat, but even that is doubtful. The way to "lose hanging lower belly fat" is to stop eating so damn much. Diet and exercises to maintain muscle mass. And even then, belly fat is the last to go.
Am 60 yrs old you can do all that ab work until doomsday but if don' reduce your caloric intake it won't make difference one way or the other !!! I haven't a gram of sugar since June 2nd 2021 which 416 days of no sugar and my stomach is so flat its damn near behind me !! Cutting out sugar is hard as hell!! However if it were easy y'all know the rest !!
It can reduce the "hanging" a little. The muscles will hold the fat . But that's only valid for small depots of course. Sugar is the same as Carbs in general. It's just the most energy rich form of carbs. Alcohol is also a huge handicap. Change all drinks to water is sometimes enough for people with little overweight.
I did feel it in my legs alright.. my upper thighs got a bit weak so when I was starting to feel it on my stomach that was when I started losing strength, and the exercises were close to ending so they didn't have a lot of impact in that area, which is the most important for me right now.
I did the exercise for two days in a row and then I spent a few days with my stomach and upper thigh muscles hurting so much I couldn't move sometimes and it made it hard to fall asleep in certain positions because I was so uncomfortable. But this was just my experience, I suppose that's how a workout is supposed to feel afterwards. I have done them since but I'm exercising on the treadmill and that'll be my workout for now
@@Dani_1012 It took me a month doing these exercises plus reverse crunch to get used to them. I've lost 50 pounds and gone from a size 1x to a Small in 5 months. Treadmill won't get rid of pooch you need bodyweight exercises.
Intermittent fasting of at least 18 hours between last meal and first is the fastest way to lose belly fat AND LOOSE SKIN. I went from 320 lbs to 196 lbs at 6’2” tall. Plant based protein and healthy plant based foods like nuts ( not peanuts), avocado, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, etc.
For anyone who thinks these exercises won't cause weight loss or tightening of specific areas, I am proof that you're wrong. The simple fact is, resistance builds muscle, increased muscle raises metabolism, increased metabolism burns more fuel not only immediately but ongoing. More fat is burned from places where there is more fat stored. If your fat is not in your belly, building muscle probably won't change the shape of your belly much; but the belly is a prime location for laying down fat, especially estrogenic fat.

Lost damn near 60 lbs with this,10+ mile walks,tons of weight lifting and trace minerals+ vitamins. My abs are the LAST place to lose anything...everything else is starting to tighten up. The MAJORITY of these exercises (for me) REQUIRES squats & deadlifts with 230 lb - 600 lb 10 rep (3 sets. 30 reps total for core work since I lift heavy. 1 rep max for squats :700 lbs. Deadlift 1 rep max: 800 lb.). These STRECHING exercises can WAIT unit then...(was 338 on may 01. Now...286 lb. 20 lbs left to lose...)

Would you even recommend I try these? I have frequent extreme abdominal pains, hernias likely, though I can’t get a diagnosis because medical industry is sick! 😵💫but I need to lose the belly fat to prove the hernias. I am 75.

Reverse crunch has been what has helped me a lot too. Some things can't be fixed totally due to surgeries but my pot belly is smaller.

Se puede trabajar el core sin perjudicar columna lumbar. Natación croll y espalda casi hora irá viendo como disminuye su cintura y su vientre aplana.

That's what scares me the most!!! If I find something "healthier" to sweeten my coffee with, I might be ok😉

Yeah it doesn't go away. Lost 50 pounds but have wrinkly skin parts even though I've tried the different techniques on here to try and tighten it up.
