Saving the camera positions as keyframes as opposed to having multiple cameras! Well don't I feel like a fool, that is such a good idea.
You can also animate objects visibility, materials and lighting that way, to fit the view
@@StudioInvisible Great idea!
The other nice thing is that when you're ready to render, you can click 'render animation' and it will render out every frame. Just leave it rendering overnight or while having a coffee, and you have a batch render of all your frames.
Fool of a took!
That was amazing! Really informative and I couldn't believe how much life you added to the shot in photoshop alone. Very inspiring, thank you!
this is one of the most under rated tutorials out there. thank you for sharing us your workflow.
I was wondering if you have a in-depth tutorial about the Render passes in Blender. I'm trying to adapt to this kind of workflow.
your workflow is really cool, mixing 2d and 3d is a complex art haha
this channel should be on the top
Fantastic Demo, tks a lot!
Love ur work sir, plzzz make more environment tutorial
Great work mate! 💥✌ Can you make a short tutorial for those golden ornaments on the roof as well? Thank you 💖
Pretty sure they are solidified 3d paths
Just create a curve object, give it the desired shape and then add "substance"(/3dimensionality) with a modifier
man, your classes are like ASMR to me, I watch to learn and relax a lot! tks!
thats looks like so much work.
Nice job.
thats amazing
9:30 good idea to create s small kit bash kit, to create coherence in architecture
much like char design, having coherence throughiuot te work makes it feel more harmonized
10:53 thinking about shots
Awesome tutorials wow .. question… where do you get all those images for the photobash? Any recomendation for websites? Thanks
could you please make a tutorial on how did you did in 5:17 to 5:38 ?
My god! Are you a wizard?
I will pay for yourr tutorial, that's insane.
"Environment Concept Art In Blender" is the main course, you can buy it on the link in the video description
Very cool!
long tutorial show please. look very good
When you say we go moooore in depth on the gumroad version, is it also true for the photobashing part ? I mean how to photobash and use your render passes to make it work ? It seems super interesting !
Hi there, in the course we go through the render passes and how to use those in photoshop and which ones to use and so on, photobashing we talk a little bit about, but we don't go in depth on techniques for photobashing, as it is a much larger subject. Hope this helps :D
omg it's so pretty 🥺🥺🥺
id love to try concept environements like this. just blocking out the shapes with butt ugly geometry at first, then taking these fake computer imags and making them really aweseome looking using such hacky techniques like photo bashing and render layers.
Well give it a big ol try!
Do you need to have photoshop to do concept art? is it necessary? also what exactly if concept art ?
I have a issue that when I think about any concept art but can't made exactly in blender can you suggest me how to improve that
Sir, I have a question that will you teach only one shot to paint over in photoshoot or other angle shots also like from clouds and from the interior.
what to do for a moving shot?
still use of photoshop possible ?
Make a tutorial on how to create those gold ornament designs.
5:17 may i know how you went about doing ornamentation? is it an addon? what techinque, etc could i learn this?
I love looking at your process!
I have a question: from @7:45 I can see you're using a sort of assets library. Is that a plugin?
It's a feature in Blender 3.0, but it's still in Beta
@@Blemonade1 what's the name of the addon?
@@happyroguue9358 It's not an addon, it's a feature of the upcoming blender 3.0 release which is available as a beta version
hello man, congratulations! great video! I have a question, this tutorial teaches how to create assets? or do you use a purchase kitbash (megascans)? I've always wanted to know how to create highly detailed assets, especially organic ones in blender. regards!
Yes it does, we go through the creation of the towers :) and some nature assets
@@CriticalGiants Thanks man! It would be nice to see some material on creating kit assets in blender in the future. A hug!! ;D
@@neskafilms We use a combination of megascans and self-made assets for the natural parts, but all the architecture we make in the tutorial, but mind you these assets are for concept purpose only, they are not build for a film production or game production. Just to keep that in mind :) Depending on your skill level of Blender for Concept Art you can check out our beginners course, that has a pretty in depth look at creating materials and so on.
@@CriticalGiants thanks man! :D
How did you do that in 4:17?
I've been trying to replicate it and failing
I'd pay good money for a more in-depth tutorial into the photoshop part of the process.
How do you use the curve to generate those ornaments on the roof , do you have any videos regarding that ?
probably gave it a skin modifier with subdivision surface on top
Hi sir you are incredible artist... Can you please release one off your paid tutorial free us please sir.
i have a critic for ur photobashing the trees/foliage look to real and stick out like a sore thumb whereas the entire scene has a stylistic look
you feels like shroud's twin brother.
you dont place your camera (for the shots) with cycles activated? why?
Man, this is so cool, fuck
wow great work!, wish I could be like you someday! do you use a wacom tablet for the sketch?
Yes indeed!
@@CriticalGiants wow nice i should get one soon!, btw one quick question im really new to blender and cant seem to find good asset library for it, can u recommend me some?
@@korakot2003 So we actually build most of our asset libraries ourselves, but for nature we would suggest Megascans it almost has everything, except for trees, But we got you covered on that one ;). For buildings and architecure there are some purchaseble packs out try searching for kitbash kits, hope this helps :D
@@CriticalGiants Thankyou! I'll give it a go!
it looks like 2d but it's actually 3d!
you want fast renders in cycles but you are using your CPU instead of GPU haha
Could you speak up please
Damn, this photoshop thing feels like cheating ahah
