Chinese PTS movement engraved to make it "inhouse" and then they have the audacity to charge u 400dollars for a watch with a +-45 Sec accuracy... A Seiko for instance at the same pricepoint +-15 Sec
The fact they actually engraved the logo into the box for you is really a great detail

Vukes77 my problem with jord is that they are Chinese made, pieces of shit that aren’t accurate and and made cheaply and break easily. Very overpriced as well. Only worth 30. Priced at 500.
Georgy Zhukov well typically jord watches are quite fashionable. When speaking of watches barely anyone cares about how accurate the time is on them unless it is above a minute off. I see everyone saying seiko is better for the same price but that is easily a lie. Seiko watches may be more accurate but again nobody truly gives a fuck. Jord watches are more appealing, they look better. I’m a bit surprised seiko watches sell for as much as jord watches do.
Apple has created technology that can mimic reality to almost perfection, but a good mechanical watch will always be more impressive to me
Mechanical watches are much cooler to me with so many gears
A good watch probably lasts a hell of a lot longer than an apple product too :p

This is insane I spent 45 minutes and the Jord Website yesterday checking out a watch I want for Christmas, and today my go to sleep technician, Is with Jord.... I was watching a video yesterday where he was saying thanks to his first 50 subscribers and telling them that he doesn’t know how his channel is going to go but he’s going to try hopefully he can be one of the big guys someday ...:: Mission accomplished, just goes to show if you put out good quality original content no matter what genre

I’m really impressed they made a watch out of Wenge. It’s a super hard wood to work with, it is extremely porous and splinters easily, and yet it is also very hard for a palm and difficult to machine precisely as a result. That watch is beautiful though.
