- Despite having their backs against the wall, the Hangzhou Spark were able to turn things around in their match against the Seoul Dynasty with a reverse sweep during the first stage of the OWL 2020 Countdown Cup.

I noticed that Mika didn't get kill credit, but I didn't understand why until I read this! That's insane!

the fact that you can watch killcams and see the enemy ult charge AND NO ONE TALKS ABOUT IT is baffling to me
Sometimes if i play a splash damage character and im super low, i just kill myself so enemies wont have ult charge

It's nice listening to someone breaking down team fights, it helps me actually digest what is going on in said fights so I can actually learn from them.
At 2:04 Toyou made a great move by bombing himself before dying so the brig doesn’t get the ult charge. If it was me i would probably be a little tilted being booped off and forgetting to bomb myself to deny the ult charge.

This video makes me so happy i mained brig to top 500 when she first got her rework and nobody knew how to play her (most still dont) people constantly say you need to be aggressive and force pressure and front line but playing safe in strong postions and providing well timed assists is her best play style this how brig is played at the highest skill with safty good positioning and awareness of the enemys plans to then shut them out brig existing in the back line or in mid is far more effective then brig whos front lining having sights on her whole team the entire time to watch over her ana and flanks seriously brig is one of most misunderstood characters in the game
Would you still consider her top tier? Her pickrate has plummeted in gm and master since her most recent nerf
Id say so her main value hasn't changed her ability to shut down plays brig unlike any other support really can shut down play styles of almost every charcter from winston dva wrecking ball tracer sombra genji etc her existing in your team makes every move the enemy makes towards your team much more risky because if your caught trying to flank or jump back line your gonna get zoned out this game shows how she can zone so hard she can just counters most the charcters she also works amazing with almost every comp even dive as we've seen in recent owl games but double barrier also because if you cant dive past the barriar because of brig you basically have to ether push with double barrier or try brawl which again she just shuts you off her team her zoning is insane and not many supports can match that consistent value honestly i think Blizzard just want to nerf brig during owl season bc the fambase hate her but owl will continue to use her pretty often im sure
And the best way to know this is simply that if u watch the game play youll see that the nerfs wouldn't of affected this match much at all seeing as tho her kit was what gave them the edge good stuns zoning amd C.C made this game not her stat value

The meta in higher tier play is so fast one good play can make the entire team fight brig can reverse these plays on there head fast amd efficiently nano blade? Good genjis will avoid Brig hard or wait till shes dead to even try it ive stunned lucio beats sombra emps even a mei blizzard once (legit didnt know she can get stunned out her ult) you stun bomb stoping from flying through your choke you shut down doomfist block his ult and stun him she can zone tracer off her support i mean playing ana with a protective brig is a dream compared to constantly fighting off genjis and tracers imagine how much more healing ana can pull off with reliable protection and health packs thrown on a dps 1v1 or a support being jumped its a life saver in a pinch shes pretty crazy if played safe enough to watch the fight and react to it instead of trying to start or engage early

As a Seoul fan, this map was so frustrating to watch. I get that Mika played amazingly and positioned himself really well, but at some point you'd think Seoul would try to account for his positioning somehow. Failing to adapt when their game plan isn't working has been Seoul's MO for three straight seasons. 😭
