Damn jimbo you were hammering them on the tried and true chatterbait. I’ve been using the grass piece by bass puzzle. It’s hard to get a hold of but it has been slaying on my local waters. I normally pair mine up with a fluke style bait but when I’m targeting the giants I prefer a sakamata shad over anything else. Thank you as always for the content I really enjoyed watching this one. Tight lines bro the fish don’t wait 😁
It depends on your water. The drag is what I need for my shallow lakes for my depth control. Especially when their larger Chatterbaits are close to half oz after all the dressing.
I don't think I need the weedless aspect for a bladed swim jig, weeds will always catch at the blade first lol... But let me know if it's actually better! I made my own in the past and the hook up ratio is a lot less.
I really haven't used chatterbaits, at least not since the 80's. I'm thinking I may need to pick a few up after this video! 😂 Great work, Jimmy!
Thx man! Jack hammer is amazing and the elite EVO seems to be good for me, but I was just informed that some guy had many of his snaps broken off.

Thx. That puzzle lure looks cool. I want it too lol. It's fluke fishing time! So let's try some donkey rigging! Let's go!
@ I would love to see a donkey rig video that would be sweet. If you need a grass piece let me know I’ll send you one
I will get one eventually. Maybe during the winter time. But right now I am having fun with what I got! Gonna go big soon!
Chatterbaits work better without the paddle tail. You can control the depth easier without all the drag from the tail.

Just picked up some one cast fishing vibrating jigs. They use a EWG hook so they can be rigged weedless.

@rawrfishing will do. The $8.99 price point is nice also.
Not bad! Almost Same price as Chatterbait Elite EVO at Discount Tackle, 8.49!
