So it's been ages since an update on bedtime routine. In all honestly not lots changed. It works so we just won't mess with it. Proved last week when we put the boys to bed over an hour later and they were still up the next day around 05:30 so going top bed later doesn't give us more sleep or them. Also spent a few hours sorting through their toys and making train tracks and caught a bit of footage showing George learning and with some great encouragement from his brother Matthew. Loved the video. Train sets were so cool. Yes if they gonna get up same time no matter time put bed then put bed the earlier time. Yes adhd hard my youngest daughter had adhd bipolar odd and was on ritalin as well it help so much she grown now still same but not on meds . Love you're post stay safe

@@AutismTwinsUs not anymore she grown but she sure should age can be difficult to deal with at times when she was a kid she took ritalin for a long time then adderall but when she got grown she stoped she was 4 when first put on ritalin

Matthew was so sweet, when he thanked you for sorting the trains out. Is the super station the one that they got for Christmas? George is progressing so well with his speech, and appropriately asking for things. You really do have such adorable kids. I hope that I didn’t offend you, on another vlog, when I suggested CBD for your back and for the boys. I know some people are against it, due to it’s connection with cannabis. I hope you enjoy the rest of your weekend, and you all have a good week!
Bev you've never offended me don't worry, we tried the gummies on them but they used to just spit them out, Amy's tried CBD oil in various forms with some benefit, I've never tried it so maybe worth a shot , there communication has really impressed me lately, I think if you watch a video a year ago it's coming on really well 😃
@@AutismTwinsUs That’s good! I just didn’t want you to think that I was telling you what to do, as that happens so much on UA-cam. I have some tasty CBD gummies, which aren’t bitter, as I find most of them are vile too! The company I got them from is called “Pollen,” but unfortunately they are quite expensive. I find them good for pain relief, with my spinal tumour/cyst, so they might be worth a try for your back issues. I’ve been watching your vlogs for just over a year, and I think they have both progressed so well!
I really appreciate your comments , everyone , half of the reason is to show people Autism isn't all negative, progress can and will be made, we hope that with all the videos it will give us and the twins important stages of their life to watch back and to try and make entertaining videos which also have a purpose to help other families and to be able to listen to other people's ideas, we are not doctors nor experts and every suggestion we get we look at, we really do appreciate all your feedback, I hope that you are not in too much pain but it sounds like you do what you can to manage your pain, nobody can judge anyone else and I pray your pain isn't too bad , thanks Bev x
