I used to watch Thomas The Tank Engine And Friends and Sesame Street at 10. Both programs are aimed at 4 year olds. Loved Thomas The Tank Engine

Wow 10 years old !! We found routine is good . Matthew go off to sleep pretty good but last night woke up at 11pm having a good giggle .
I know can’t believe it’s been 10 years
Bed time is always a challenge for us. India is 13 this year, we are currently waiting for an appointment in April to talk about her sleep - AGAIN (been an issue since she was about 3 😭) we've tried everything and are now at a loss, so its back to the drawing board for us ❤
I don't know about the part of the world where you live but Amazon has branded melatonin gummies that are around $7 per bottle and a bottle would last a month or 2.
I've bought the gummies before. Matthew will try them, but George doesn't eat sweets so won't touch gummies. We used to have the melatonin liquid but thankfully changed to the tablets which are so much easier. My sister takes melatonin gummies. You can get melatonin flavoured milk now too
