To Moog's point about palate sophistication, chocolate is deceptively complex and a very tricky place to start. I've been a food scientist for about 15 years, but my knowledge is fairly limited. What I can share about the complexity and fanciness factor is that a lot has to due with the composition (fat, sugar, etc) as well as the temperatures used to produce. In a nutshell, the texture of the chocolate is mostly formed during the cooling process as crystals form and link everything together - the smaller the crystals, the smoother and richer the mouthfeel. In order to do this, the heating and cooling processes are incredibly complex - somewhat like steel processing: melting, tempering, and very specific temps/timings of each step have a massive impact on the final product (variance of only 5 degrees can ruin a batch). The crystals form a lattice or "grain" structure, which becomes the texture and melting point. I like the term grain because when you get some cheap chocolate and you can taste a graininess/grit to it.
That all to say, chocolate is enjoyed very casually by most but it is a super complex backend. The comparison to wine and cheese is pretty apt, some also pair pretty well (to me).
Having a clean tongue also effects one's ability to pickup the flavour subtleties. Just my observation.

Theres so much i want to listen to while in the garage but theres so many tracks that dont exist on spotify, youtube, or even on the website to buy. I love all of MCM music, its some of my favorite garage tunes ever and on the road at night. Please release more of it

My mother runs a small chocolate shop here in my town, and a big thing that separates "regular" from "premium" stuff is also how its prepared
She keeps different types of chocolates at very specific temperatures so that they wont crystalize, taste better, have nicer texture, etc. She also uses different pots when melting different types of chocolate
Base material is also important and makes a difference, but preparation is a big deal

Fun fact: when you release the break pedal there is an additional 2 seconds before the brake actually disengages, for those tough uphill starts (especially here in Italy)

On the subject of licences on tech, I had a 2021 MINI Cooper S back in the UK and the Apple car play only lasted for 3 years then you had to pay for a subscription. Same for the traffic info on the gps
I'd buy a vinyl of all of Moog's albums.
Vinyl is very good, but it isn't really capable of low bass, so not the greatest for moog music. Doesn't do much of anything in the subwoofer range.

Enjoying the circuit as always, a note on the UK city charge (In London its the ULEZ, then congestion charge in the centre) I have a Vauxhall (holden) CV8 Monaro 5.7, I do not have to pay the ULEZ (Ultra Low emissions Zone) Figure that one out. My v8 is super clean..... I know there must be some odd rules and regs but I don't know them. I just think its funny

The software/surveillance stuff is an easy one to get around. Have yourself a separate router that only allows incoming traffic. Connect to this router rather than the proper main one (sort of like a piggy back system). You can selectively allow outgoing connections on the router.

the 50 manuals out of the 290 cars are probably mostly 4x4 utes, cruisers or patrols. plus a few euro's tossed in for luck. fank of the year already.
The chocolate fact that changed how I taste is this. US/American chocolate aka..Hershey's is different from others because the milk is soured first. That's why it has a tang and is sweeter vs the bitter cleaner tasting chocolate from other places. Love the vinyl idea. If mine only played anything other than 78s.
Vinyl is back in U.K shops all though limited and expensive but it's out again. Record decks still in shops here to like HMV.
