This is a great podcast! Just shows you all the different terminologies that exist in basketball and how the game is actually played. This is something you won’t see on ESPN or even TNT because they try to cater to the casual fans more than the hardcore ones. It’s all about ratings with those basketball shows on TV.
Their hella illegal moving screens and absurd length is what made that team. Along with Igoudolas ability to defend 5 postions and playmake, and zaza pachulia being effective both outside the paint and a great passer down lo. It was never jst about steph and klay. Too many casuals thinking it was stephs shot. Draymond is also a big reason for their success. His ability to run point forward was key. Sean Livingston was a perfect 6 man and backup point. They had so much ahit goin on even b4 durant. The dynasty was inevitable.

Watching this interaction, makes me realize LbJ is less of an X & O IQ kinda of guy. He's more of a feel kinda guy. He instinctually knows what do vs JJ geeks out about the X's and O's.
LBJ has both. It's awesome to listen to these thinkers of the game.
Some truth to this. Obviously LBJ knows the X&Os but that natural instinct and feel is the difference, the things you can't teach. Part of why he was so good so young, in addition to the physical gifts of course.

This is a great podcast! Just shows you all the different terminologies that exist in basketball and how the game is actually played. This is something you won’t see on ESPN or even TNT because they try to cater to the casual fans more than the hardcore ones. It’s all about ratings with those basketball shows on TV.

Their hella illegal moving screens and absurd length is what made that team. Along with Igoudolas ability to defend 5 postions and playmake, and zaza pachulia being effective both outside the paint and a great passer down lo. It was never jst about steph and klay. Too many casuals thinking it was stephs shot. Draymond is also a big reason for their success. His ability to run point forward was key. Sean Livingston was a perfect 6 man and backup point. They had so much ahit goin on even b4 durant. The dynasty was inevitable.
