any chance of putting together a deck utilizing thousand dragon? i know hes objectively pretty weak im just curious what a deck built to maximize his potential utility in game might look like, he's such an iconic card from the anime

Just swap out Gaia the Dragon Champion for Thousand Dragon, and corresponding replace Gaia the Fierce Knight with Baby Dragon

What’s the most value card in this deck and how can I budget it if I don’t have?

Tribe-Infecting Virus is roughly a 5-10 € card, I think you can replace it, if you can't afford it, with say an Exiled Force or maybe put in a MST or a Heavy Storm, alternatively. Hope that helps :)

surely an adequate replacement for Tribe, too. However, if we are to include an additional Spell or Trap card in here at all, I would go rather with spell and trap removal (to cope with those nasty floodgates)
