So, on those low end items...why don't you donate them and take the write off of full retail pricing? You are "making money" by doing that to reduce your tax liability (of course you might already be maxing that out, no idea). If you buy something at $1 but it is worth $5...you should be able to write off the $5. Stop hanging onto them and dump it for the writeoff. You will most likely make more money. Just a suggestion.
So first thanks for all the information! I got a good size buy out very cheap it averages about .50 each but many have a slow str about 30% and up is it worth putting them in my stare wondering what your opinion is on this? Thanks!!
Nice find! Cant beat that cost of good for .50 each. So if it were me I would make sure the item is worth your time listing and taking photos. So I would choose a STR that your comfortable with and list those items. Try to avoid the slow sellers imo.
I was ungated in Nike, but recently found out that I was re-gated. Not restricted though. I clikced to get permission, and was given the form to submit an invoice. So, i think I can get ungated again.
Do you ever get concerned about about eBay shutting down your account at any time for some weird reason? Do you continue to work on other things that prepare you for that or are you just all in and whatever happens you figure it out later? I think for me that’s always in the back of my mind for going full time thanks for the videos
Good morning, I made a comment about a week ago which you were kind enough to answer. You said that you list early in the morning. Are you listing items before you photograph them? Is that when you put in the description of the item. One cellar told me that they photograph and then immediately bag the item then list the item and get the description information of the item from the photographs. I find I need the physical item to refer to in my lap while I'm making out the description. Trying to refer to each photo seems like a pain. Maybe I'm doing it a backwards. Can't seem to get the flow going that is necessary to save time. Thanks for any info you're doing everybody such a great service by sharing so much, Linda
Thanks for following up. You're right, I find it more efficient to write the descriptions first while I have the physical item in hand. I photograph and immediately list after the that process is done. Having the item right there instead of referring to photos works better for my process. But everyone has their own preferred workflow. The key is finding what saves you the most time and feels smooth for your specific routine. Appreciate you being open to trying new methods! Reach out if you ever have questions Linda!
Yeah I would if I lived in a city or close to people. I live on top of a mountain with no neighbors. So getting someone to drive out here would be expensive. So for now I will just do it myself, I might hire back a VA I had to help me do listings.
Try to find items that sell for more money. It may mean you need to go out sourcing everyday 8 hours per day just to find those high STR and high ASP items.

Adidas, Nike & North Face really popular, here in the UK.
There are some limited brand work career pants that have a high self through rate. They have a specific style name, but I can’t remember what it is.

Thank you for the support and great questions - Starting on Amazon this month, so always good to have a back up plan with other businesses.
Great video! Where do you get your clear clothes bags from? Thanks!
Thanks Troy! Yeah I use these for 99% of my inventory - 12x16 Poly Bags - amzn.to/3rjyIrt
@BeauJohnson1 Thank You for the reply! 🙏🏻
do you use a folding tool to fold items before putting them in the package?
I do not, just the ole fashioned way.

Do you ship the shoes in their boxes inside a poly mailer or other box?
Yes I ship in shoe box with a bigger poly mailer. If the shoe is over $100 I ship in another box instead of poly mailer.
hey, what do you use to ship? do you leave it in the plastic poly bag and ship like that or ?
I use these bags to store my inventory 12x16 Poly Bags - amzn.to/3rjyIrt - then I ship in a regular poly bag.
When you project 200k is that your total sales or your net profit?
trending toward 45% selling costs on eBay so aiming towards 90k-100k net.
Do you share your ebay store? I don't see a link
You can message me on IG and Ill send it over.
Do you do all this by yourself? Ever hire help. I get help to help package items but hate paying that $$

❤❤❤
i’m losing money selling on ebay. All the fees and high shipping is killing sellers.

@@BeauJohnson1this is insane advice 😂
I'm doing fine. I never pay for shipping
