If there are added new tariffs or they get rid of the de minimus under $800 import tax exemption, new clothes will be more expensive for many purchasing on sites like Shein and Temu. Personally though I will be buying far fewer clothes. I've donated so many, still have more to go. and I know a lot of people who are doing "buy nothing" years. Lots of us just have too much stuff... especially clothes. I had to take the WhatNot app off my phone. Too tempting. Although I found some good deals, I've had some duds too... I'm tall so I need to know inseam, something sellers can't provide or answer questions in a 10 second auction 😊

Only some special new sealed DVDs are worth reselling. 95% of your used DVDs and CDs are worthless.

Also, cost of living has gone up quite a bit the last couple of years and people are now more likely to spend a little bit on second-hand clothing versus spending way more on brand new clothing.

Is eBay stories are the same stories I've been seeing year after year the only problem is I don't really see it happening on the actual eBay website. But I'm seeing and when I'm reading an eBay communities and across the internet is that eBay fees are ridiculously high and the fact that they're charging a fee on top of the taxes and shipping that they're charging is one reason why people are just basically not even bothering to sell on eBay anymore. So I'm not going to make this a long drawn out response but I believe that there's quite a few people here on eBay getting paid to post videos like this because really there isn't much odds in a person making this kind of money on eBay these days them days is long gone and over with

The fact that these prices are so high is partially why we can still find good stuff at the bins. Many of these wildly overpriced items will just end up at the bins and that's a good thing for bins shoppers.

People keep saying "baggy is in", but anything I list "Slim Fit" sales fast. I will pick-up almost any brand if it's slim fit. I tend to think its the guys that wore skinny jeans as teens. Their bodies don't quite look as good in them as they age, but they like a tighter fitting pant. Edit 1 hour later. I just sold a pair of pants that I had used "Baggy" as a keyword in the title 😂
