I don't normally comment on videos, but these exercises are EXCELLENT and ones I didn't think of, especially the pullover on the decline with the cable. I would give this video a 10 out of 10 as the exercises were excellent and well demonstrated, but I'll give 9.9 just because I felt there was a little bit of over use with dramatic effects.
I have done the TRX flys...not easy...my trainer made me do it on a decline with my feet up on a platform to add more stress on the chest!!! Keep them coming Sim!!!

I’ve been doing this exercise for 2 months now... every 1 or 2 weeks once my inner chest improved a lot big like Simeon 👍🏽

Floor press and the exercise with the double rope attachment looked pritty good floor press is great way to get the bench press at higher numbers
