Couple of questions: How do you get the timer on top? What are you doing around 3:20 with the farm? Looks like you're teleporting the villager through TC by building the farm, setting TC gather point to the farm, then garrison->un-garrison?
Check your hotkey settings (under the 'game commands' group) - my hotkey for game time is F11, but can't remember if that's the default. That's basically it - garrison, set-gather-point, ungarrison.
It's missing an important part: namely the go go go for the scouts, you have to attack pretty quickly if you want to do some damage. Most people wall, and if the scouts make no damage, the other one will be in castle quite soon...
When the challenge ends, there is a message with TC idle time. Is there a way to show it during all game, or even a mod? It's a great add to measure how idle is your TC.
@@defumak i see, sorry not aware of anything during the game, other than the score lead :-) there is also a mod for idke villager showing a karge explanation mark above their head...

One piece of advice is to think about adding a maximum of 2-3 buildings in Castle age. You can go for an eco approach and add 2 town centers, or you can add things like a university for ballistics, a siege workshop, monastery, or additional ranges/stables. But not all the above as you won't be able to afford.
MAA + Skirms build order? I don't see it a lot but whenever i go forward with maa the usual counter I meet is archers, and right now Mayans are just all over ranked matches. Pretty please?
Standard dark age for maa, then in Feudal don't add any more to gold. Stay on 1 range, and keep your wood count low by making farms. The armour upgrade is huge vs archers so get it if needed.
hi I translated the key-value-modded-strings-utf8.txt file I would now like to set the Italian language but I don't know how to do it .. could you help me?
@@cicero8676 the file is already inside the directory you suggested. how do i set the italian language? I also overwrote the English file with the Italian one but nothing always remains English
@Ritesh Arora you subscribe to mod, make sure, that it shows up with a checkmark in installed mods tab. Then you go to Singleplayer -> Skirmish -> Game Mode -> Custom Scenario
There must have been some patches that made broke this mod. The VA gives contradictory orders. The scripts do not match up with what he asks you to do. You follow his directions exactly and to the tee and you end up getting a D by the time you make your scouts, and then the scenario comes to a halt with no more directions despite filling all quotas as 22 pop. Anyone looking to get better at the game should just play Ranked ELO until you get matched with players of your skill level. These mods by Cicero are pretty broken and useless at this point, sorry to say.

Well I did design the map - was too lazy to scout properly for every scenario.
You can generate your own maps in the scenario editor though.

yeah 22 pop is just way too late these days. Most scouts builds are 20, or even 19 with the right civ

You cam download capture age, it shows you idle tc and much more re worker efficiency

These mods are amazing! My early game is way better. Now I struggle what do build in Castle Age. Could you a build where you build from Castle Age?

Put it in the resources\it\strings\key-value folder of your AoeII directory, and it should work on restart
