the most confusing bit for me is the last bit, after upgrading to the castle age. after building 2 tc am i suppose to have a set amount of villagers on wood and farms (e.g. before feudal you should have 14 lumberjacks and 8 farmers)? and how do i do that, do i make villagers and set them to wood and move some of my lumberjacks to farms? also is there a specific point where your suppose to build the 4th tc e.g. at 45 vils. and to get a grade am i suppose to have a certain amount of farms and lumberjacks assuming that i have researched all techs. the last bit isnt as clear to me like the beginning where it tells you to put 6 on sheep 4 on wood 1 to lure the boar etc. btw i play this on the hd edition, would be grateful for an answer :)
When booming, in general you set TC gather points to wood, and move villagers from wood to farms as you can afford them. Ideally, you are keeping your wood stockpile low, as you are making farms as soon as you can afford them. The 4th TC is optional - you can start saving wood for it after about 18 farms as this is enough for 3TC vil production. Btw this is a more basic version of the build, so don't worry too much about the exact details - it is suppose to be fairly forgiving. There is also for example a better 27+2 immediate 4TC boom build (DE version of the guide, currently without voicing) which is more difficult. Grading is explained here: buildorderreference.com/faq.html#faq2 - you dont have to follow the build, just meet the conditions for the given benchmarks.
When would be best to switch to a different military unit? Say that you start with Scouts and Bloodlines, when do you change to something else? And if so, do you immediatly research attack/armor upgrades or how it supposed to work exactly?
Not really relevant to a Boom build, but if opening scouts there is no set time to switch - you just have to judge whether you can keep doing damage (probably not if opponent is fully walled), or whether you need skirms to deal with archers if he is starting to mass archers for example. Usually you woulldn't get armour or attack before ~8 scouts, but it depends. Attack is good vs spearmen, and for picking off vils. Armour is good vs archers.
How are you queuing the tasks on villagers? Like giving orders on hunting the boar and then automatically switching on to the sheep? Do i have to do that manually every time? I play on aoe2 HD btw..
whyy would it continue to tell me to have 6 on sheep after i lure first boar? wouldnt i want 7 on boar at that point?

How do you make these work?
By the way, has anyone told you that the sound is hella bassy. I love that

I play on aoe2 HD btw..
Shift + right click to queue orders (4:10 for example) - doesn't work on HD
