As a co-angler I love these videos. Sometimes I forget and need to be brought back down to reality lol. I keep it super simple now the boaters love when they see me lol. I have the same bag as you cause you had recommended it.
lol awesome brother! Thanks for the comment. I've seen some guys lugging a chest of tackle. I know how hard it can be, and I just wanna help people by showing my mistakes, successes, and learning experiences I've had along the way. I sure ain't perfect....like some of these anglers are!!!
I owned this bag for over 3 years now and itbhas not given me any issues. I take it with me every time I'm on the water. You are absolutely right, you can stuff this bag full and carry a ton in it. This upcoming season will be my first time fishing the BFLs and as a co-angler I'm so happy to have this bag already. Great line of videos and thanks in advance for all the help!
Awesome video!!! This gave me ideas on how I can use a tackle bag for bank fishing as well as for when I get my 12 foot Jon Boat restoration project finished. Really appreciate your videos. 😎👍
I have a 10’ pond prowler and I am always looking to streamline my tackle to be more efficient. This Christmas treated myself to a Lews Mach backpack and som Plano edge boxes. I have 3 Plano edge flex 3700s and one 3600 box for termtackle. Really appreciate the video.
Whats up homie! We are waiting on the next one to drop.... Hope your good bro.... I learn a lot from your videos and appreciate the info that you give! Don't back up Don't back down!
sorry to bug you like that but truthfully I have watched your videos for a while but never actually had an account. Now I do and can interact more I guess....
Thanks for the tips. I have the Tacklewarehouse bag but I find it a little small for a co-angler bag. I will be checking out the Basspro bag. Thanks Lou. "Don't Back Up, Don't Back Down"
Great video Lou! I feel your tackle pain, I used to fish the BFL Piedmont division as a non boater. It was always a struggle to figure out what to take lol. Keep up the great work and tips!
This was my first year as a co-angler and your videos helped me out a lot. Thank you very much. Hope I get drawn with you somewhere to hear your stories and experience. How many years do you recommend as a co before jumping in as a boater?
Thanks Lou, I wish I would have seen this before I purchased what I have now, I was hoping you would touch on rods also in this video so I have a question if I may ask, how many rods do you take with you for an outing as a co-angler? Any factors that might determine how many you take?
My tackle bag is 30% tackle 30% tool and 40% divided if that all makes sense rain gear, gloves beverage bottle. I plan it the night before, time fishing weather, type of fishing. But having the right tools is a must for me.
I’ve learned SIMPLICITY is the key as a co angler. I’d say 80% of the boaters I draw have 20ft+ w/200hp+ motors & they usually say “bring whatever you want”. Rods are something else to touch on, I take 5, maximum 6. And at the end of the day, you’re usually just end up using ONE rod mostly. I’ve seen boaters talk/cringe of the guy that has 8/9 combos, don’t be that guy, lol. Tight Lines!
All you co-angler's need to stop worrying about what boater's think because the only difference between you and them is how much money you paid to fish . That being said you have the right to bring what ever you want and if they bitch let them . As a boater I tell all my co-anglers to bring what ever they want . You have just as much rights as they do . And the thing I have learned is in tournament's there are only a hand full of pro's and the rest are just weekend warrior's like you .

Soo true man.
Please fix your draw strings on your hoodie. They’re uneven and have been driving me crazy the whole video.
