      @@Sotsvamp good for you. but if u could do like 100 handstand pushups before starting to "train" it doesnt count as tarining for only 5 days

    4:14 - Straight arm raise (dumbbells) 10 reps (with perfect form)
    5:19 - Straight arm flies (10 reps)
    6:45 - Straight arm press (10 reps)
    7:15 - Checking form for straight arm
    Part 2
    8:40 - Planche Lean Hold (10 secs with perfect form)
    10:15 - L-Sit, Tuck L-Sit, Tuck Planche (3 secs each position and 3 sets)
    11:20 - Tuck Planche Pumps (10 reps with perfect form)
    12:30 / 12:57 - Tuck Planche Hold
    Part 3
    14:12 - L-Sit to Straddle Planche (10 reps)
    15:54 - Straight Arm Ring Hold (15 sec hold)
    17:34 - Straight Arm Ring Taps (5 reps)
    18:00 - Tuck Planche Hold Rings (10 secs)
    Part 4
    19:35 - LSit to Full Planche (8 reps with perfect form)
    20:55 - Full Planche Lean Hold (15 secs)

    I heard about Chris from a friend and upon discovering this channel now I see that not only does he provide literal step by step tutorials but I now realise he has an APP which has all of these video tutorials free for us?!     I watch tons of calisthenics videos but I completely attribute my sudden handstand realization and second-to last progression of front lever to THENX, your approach works so well for me, thank you so so much!!! I realized my planche game needs work now, and the exercises you present here seem to be maximally effective as well. You guys rule!

    I started doing the straddle planche by myself a month ago, as I did with the frontlever (about 3 months ago and got it achieved), but with this one I gotta thank you Chris, I was doing the begging of the process of the straddle so wrong.     Love the channel man! I really like the crystal clear teaching with progressions. I just have one question. You're mentioning the progressions with minimum reps to move on to the next progression, but is that for 3/4 rounds of the full training, or is it just for one round? Keep it up bro! Cheers

    Great work Chris! A video with step by step including a bunch of exercises in complete detail unlike most vids where they say to go from tuck, to one leg, straddle, then full.

    I tried to do the beginners program for the first week and i found that im too weak to do it with the 30 second rest times and im too weak for some specific exercises aswell, so now im training my strengh every second day to get there and im already looking forward to beeing able to do these workout guides and programs properly!

    Thank you THENX for the another great tutorial! What are your thoughts of doing bent arm exercises (Hand stand push ups, planche lean push ups, tuck planche push ups etc) ? Will those kind of exercises help in building strength necessary to achieve the planche?

    How long would it take for someone to go from tuck planche to full? How often can I train the planche? 2x week?
