This looks so delicious and so fast! My family usually enjoys rice, but lately due to a general shortage of rice we’ve been diversifying our meals. Thank you for sharing and please stay safe too :)

Thank you! A quick pasta like this works great for lunch (and save rice for dinner). Fresh vegetables are available so you can swap with different veggies or protein you can get. I hope you and your family stay safe and healthy. xo

Hotaru Tomoe same! We’ve actually made so many yummy new things just out of necessity, I shared a pink cheese toast on my channel that we invented together the other week hehe. What have you guys been eating? I think it’s great to make the most of the hard situation. Hope your family are doing well

伊伊 cherryday - the pink toast is so creative! We’ve also been eating more breads for breakfast and lunch. For dinner, I’ve been making more vegetable soups, hotpot with vermicelli noodles or soba noodles to accompany. Also to stretch the rice, I’ve been cooking it along with barley and have been incorporating more potato or yam dishes too... I hope you and your family stays safe and healthy :)

Hi J (Are you in NYC?)! We're doing okay. One week has passed, and adjusted to this new lifestyle. Kids miss school and friends, but they are very busy with remote learning (more homework, which keeps them busy). I was sick with flu and I've been staying home for the past month! We just focus on developing more easy recipes (mostly for blog), which keep us busier than before. Hope you and your family are safe and healthy at this difficult time.
