Imprisoned Son Trial - FL v Timothy Ferriter - Day Three
Вставка
- Опубліковано 11 лют 2025
- Florida man Timothy Ferriter is accused of locking up his adopted son inside of a room he had built in the family’s garage. Ferriter faces charges of aggravated child abuse, false imprisonment and neglect of a child. Court records out of Jupiter, Florida show that the door to the room had a deadbolt on the outside, along with multiple other locks. Investigators also found video from a ceiling camera that showed Ferriter allegedly punching, throwing, and beating the son multiple times. When Ferriter's son wasn't in school, he allegedly was locked in the room - only allowed out to eat or sometimes use the restroom.

No matter what he had done or how long he was in the “box” this is unreasonable and unacceptable punishment.
If he's having issues, how do they think physiological torment, sensory depravity, withholding susitence, and confinement would fix that? Even prisoners are supposed to be treated better than that, especially juveniles like the doctor mentioned.
It’s absolutely disgusting what they have done. I’m behind and catching up on the videos, but does the judge address the fact that the defense paralegal and family members are taking pictures of the prosecutors/prosecution table for some reason??
Agreed. No excuse. Hope they get a taste of their own medicine and lock them up for a long time.
Doesn't matter what spin the defense trys it doesn't make what they did ok.
Of course the actions by the parents are completely unacceptable, which any reasonable person would not dispute.
But I do think it’s very ironic that the state is arguing how awful and psychologically damaging it is to be confined to a room or be put in solitary confinement while also doing exactly that to persons that are just a couple years older or of the same age that the son is in this case if such a person was to break the law. Because once a person is found guilty of committing a crime, and is over the age of 16 (legal age of criminal responsibility in the state of Florida), the state feels it is justified to be putting people in the same kind of confinement the prosecutor argues is a criminal and causes all kinds of terrible, damaging psychological effects to a person. Therefore, they are admitting the prison system is cruel and only causes further harm to the person that is confined rather than helping such a person rehabilitate and change their behavior.
1:40:08 (prosecutor argument)
Because it is not unreasonable to think - just based on his pattern of behavior - that the son in this case could commit a crime in the future and be punished in the same way his adoptive parents were punishing him. I do hope however that he gets any support he feels he needs, and that that does not happen.
Never any kind words from him to his son. Just negativity and bullying. Hey big man your going down.
They're prison guards.
They both don't even say I love you before locking him in. They don't love him.. so sad
I really hope so and I hope he fears for his pathetic life every day! Vile specimens.
Yes they are going to get their own locked box but at least they get a toilet and a sink!
I know I wanted to cry listening to HIM yelling and swearing at this poor boy. Mean SOB.
When I see both husband and wife drinking water during the few hours in court and they forbid their son from drinking for long periods of time, I feel outraged. These parents are monsters; where is the compassion parents show their kids when they act their age. Feels like the husband is threatened by a male figure at home and wants to destroy him. Nothing, nothing explains treating a child this way and unfortunately the parents if incarcerated, they will be treated better than their treatment to their son.
I could not agree more. Monsters, these so called “parents”
I was thinking the same thing. They will be in a cell but they will be able to see others, have access to water, food and a toilet. All of which is far to good for them
Why do people like this adopt in the first place¿????????
@@jonik.1931Tim used to be kind of a big deal inCatholic circles. There are some disgusting pressers of him preening with Bishops about mission projects, etc. This guy's all about dominance and appearances.
@@kell_checks_in Wow... that's a surprise!!
It must suck being an adopted child in a situation like this - not only being punished, but feeling like you don't even belong anywhere or to anyone. He can't live, eat or sleep among them. Can't even eat their chocolate... If they had had a dog, I bet it would have slept in the house.
It’s an awful way to live and happens much more than anyone knows.
As you stated the kid could not eat, sleep or eat, Why does this sound so much like a containment camp? Like some sort of prison with release to do chores only.
He is not the type to have a dog. It would not be able to abide by his stringent expectations and I’m sure he would beat a dog for doing dog things.
@@ShannonAugleso true ! I am one them.
Google just how many adopted children are murdered by their " Parents "
He even asked the police to put him in jail rather than put him back with his “parents”. So sad what he endured. No wonder he ran away!!
😢
If every child who kicked a ball against another child, or had green sprinkles in his possession were locked up as punishment, most of the population of school children would be in maximum detention.
well, lets be honest about everything, the kid did a lot more than steal sprinkles and kick a ball at another kid. but regardless, nothing he did warrants the punishment from the parents. the parents simply did not have the skills necessary to parent this child
I was locked in my room for a day without food for wetting my pants in Kindergarten. From what I understand know, it’s like the chicken and egg scenario. Fearful I’d wet my pants, it would actually happen-or I’d wet the bed. Nothing like spanking a 4 year old for wetting the bed. I hate butterfly flyswatters to this day. Takes all kinds of parents doing things for less.
Yeah, Lock me up because I once stole a book from my cousin and lied to her that I didn't do it. I`m a "monster" too.
Exactly, very pathetic attempt to justify this inhumane and disgusting treatment of a child. This defense lawyer is horrible and not very competent. And I’m pretty sure he’s not coming through positively to the jury.
@@kitterzy That was some really ignorant parenting. I remember my stepson was inconsolable after weeing the bed and I was telling him it was okay and he said he didn't want a spanking. "Why would I spank you?" I said "I'm pretty sure you didn't want to wake up in wet pajamas! You didn't do it on purpose.....did you?" "No" he whimpered. "right, so you won't get a spanking we'll just get you new pajamas and change your sheets. It's okay, it happens to everyone, even adults sometimes!" Then his dad told him the story about how he accidently started to wee the bed as an adult because he dreamt he was at the toilet and my son was in fits of giggles. Empathy is the key to good parenting.
It’s called cruel and unusual punishment and we treat Lifers better than these parents treated their adopted child
Death row inmates get a toilet and sink and in most prisons, a tv.
@@babybeasimplekindofvan7035and that is better treatment than this child received, I agree.
3:36 I love how this mental health professional destroys the defense telling them on their face this child's was mirroring the defendant's aggressive behavior towards himself onto other kids at school, specifically when he grabbed a kid by the neck because that was the way his daddy did to him 🎉 bravo marvelous ❤
The cross-examination of the psychiatrist really backfired. The defence attorney thought he had a "gotcha moment" with the Barry Goldwater quote but that blew back in his face.
@@geoffpoole483 I think the woman attorney's approach was too aggressive and they decided that the man was going to be better, but he seemed trapped in his own elemental questions. I think that the 'blaming the victim' defense was way too risky since it's a child. If that defendant walks, people on the streets are going to be really mad about it. Keeping the psychiatrist too long on the hot chair certainly wasn't the best strategy for the defense. I loved also when he said that he had his doubts about the child's 'extreme' behavior claims since not once the child was suspended for anything and we all know schools around the nation would recur to that right away whenever there were dangerous behavioral concerns for safety reasons. Just a day in the park for the state, let's see what they come up with today!!!
No that's not how it works. I don't care what that specialist said people that are bullied and get hurt don't go around hurting other people. That boy was already like that evil

I absolutely love this psychiatrist!!! When he said the Drs didn't know he was living in a box! Cracked me up!! "So, you think they are mean", YES! OMG, "you didn't tell the teachers your response is going to be put him in a cell for hours at a time".
I agree. I know the doctor stammered quite a bit but I thought he really hit his stride and he made me laugh involuntarily with that response.
@@bijankaI think the stammering was more about incredulity at the obvious questions by the prosecutor. She had a list of questions she was going to ask but she didn't listen to his answers so she repeatedly asked a question after he'd just given the exact information she asked. She's young. She'll get better. 😅

It always amazes me that if their case is weak they will try to insult the intelligence of the professional witness
Poor kid. She couldn’t even say good night to him. All he got was the door being locked behind her. This is heartbreaking.
The fact they offered him 24 minths and he put his kids thru this anyways is deplorable. No excuse whatsoever for any of this mans actions. I hope the victim takes him to the cleaners after trial also. He deserves every penny.
24 months for crimes like this is insane… these cases will lead to the death of a child if not discovered.

Absolutely no love…not even in saying “good morning.” When no love is spoken, how in the world do they expect him to treat them with respect and love? Mind boggling.
It's hard to hear, they sound like they are speaking to more or less to a servant or slave, and locking the boy up. I just can't hate this enough 😡
Oh sure she asked him plenty of times-"are these dirty?" Like she was hoping she didn't have to actually touch anything in that room
This poor baby. My god. Hearing him cry, them scream at him, then him crying. No wonder why he can’t talk. This is HORRIFYING & CRIMINAL! I hope they BOTH GO TO PRISON!
I live in Jupiter down the street from these people. Horrified when I heard this story. I hope they are both locked up for a very long time, to experience what they did to their son.
Yeap pretty sick deplorable monsters man
Did you use to know them? Did you ever notice anything unusual about the family? How is the area topographically, are the houses really far from each other or there is a feeling of close friendly community...
The way the mother says “good morning” is chilling. No warmth and goes right into making bed and such. It’s as if saying wishing he wasn’t there and he is a bane to her life that has to go out there and deal with her child!!!
Yes! It’s heartbreaking!
This case is indefensible. I don’t see how a jury brings back anything less than guilty. At the end of the day nothing this kid did deserved to be isolated and locked inside of a box in the garage like this
I agree. He was offered 24 months plus probation for a plea but he turned it down. Shows how pompous he is.
Agreed. How that defense could say his behavior was warranted for that kind of discipline is beyond me. Why are we still punishing children!?
@@HouseOfVirgo hi fellow virgo! Isn't it crazy that there wasn't even a room or a bed for him in that new house in FL? Yet they hired someone to build that box in the garage? Kudos to the Law and Crime channel. Always impressed with their coverage.
Actually, kudos should go to the judge! I’ve never seen a judge get on and stay on the attorneys like this judge did when they would walk away from the mic, which blows my mind how often it happens, but they always want to be the first to tell the witnesses to make sure THEY speak loudly into the mic! It’s like the attorneys have an allergy to the mic and try and stay away from it at all cost! I’ve watched many trials and this is ALWAYS an issue. However, in this case, the judge was on top of it and I’m incredibly thankful to him for that! This was one of the best trials as far as audio goes and the difference was 💯% due to the judge!
👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾
Hats off to the judge!! 🧢
For every day that boy spend in that box, these scumbags need a year of isolation! The way their lawyers are pointing out every misbehaviour of the victim is sickening. He's a CHILD, a child that has been exposed to more cruelty than anyone should ever have to. He's learned aggression to be how ppl handle their grievances. The ones to blame for his misbehaviour are the ones who were ADULTS misbehaving in the same way. All children have their moments of pushing boundaries, but this child had parents teaching him NOTHING about love, compassion, kindness. Only unfairness. They really are evil, awful humanbeings. The fact they are fighting it proves they have no remorse, the fact they now force their children to go through all this, just wow..
Oh when the parents go to prison, they will find out what it’s like to be in solitary confinement. They will be killed if put in general population! I hope they are put in GP, it would be poetic justice.
These parents show no remorse, they hate this child

Totally agree. The therapist is calm, collected, and answers with knowledge
It is obvious they have zero love for this child, tons of resentment and just completely annoyed he exists in their world.
I knew nothing of this case before I started watching it here as im from Canada. If this child is as smart as I think he is , his behaviour could have started because of boredom at school. None of the behaviour ive heard thus far constitutes being locked away. If they were so concerned with family safety why not call the police? They speak to him with so much contempt for him.

@@ElkeSiegburg greetings. By green sprinkles I meant literally the sprinkles that go on donuts or cake in the color green. The therapist had a beautiful come back every time.
I don’t think I could ever be a defense attorney … you have to completely be able to disconnect & disassociate any kind of feelings … this poor child was treated so poorly not only once in his life by his biological parents but twice and he still seems to have a very forgiving heart ♥️🙏🏼
Prosecution all the way
I think the reason the defence attorney is faltering so much is that he knows what he's saying is absurd and indefensible.
Do we know his biological family treated him badly? I thought they gave him up for a better life
To be fair who knows the situation of the biological parents. Just the fact that they brought him to an orphanage shows they loved him and wanted a better life for him something they clearly couldn’t give for whatever reason. But to a child unfortunately they see it as neglect and abandonment and blame themselves 😢
@@cloudie9druoid172 It was likely poverty and they were desperate.
All the money spent on international adoption could be spent to support kids to stay in their families. There are charities who work to keep kids out of orphanages.
But yeah, a baby will experience it as loss and abandonment. And this poor boy has experienced another abandonment, probably why he was so willing to forgive his adoptive parents. Tragic.
How come this defendant is allowed to turn back, and consult with his wife, the CO-CONSPIRATOR?!?!
Seriously!!! They are being such a distraction! How is this being allowed?
What did this kid ever do to deserve his mother being so cold and dehumanising to him. This is a lesson in how to turn a child into a problem child
I don’t understand how she and her attorney are sitting there when she will be tried for this also when his case is over. it's sad that the son is apathetic but it is no surprise. Love wasn't unconditionally given, he deserves love. Hopefully love and therapy will turn his life around.
I imagine the child is apathetic about most things. He had to shut off his emotions just to make it through each day or they would have caused him to go insane. I think that’s also why he has a hard time remembering things.

3:08:36 So, let me her this straight... the defense attorney is trying to claim that the treatments this boy was given didn't work which is why the parents took more extreme measures HOWEVER, THE TREATMENT PROVIDERS DIDN'T KNOW THIS HUGE MISSING PIECE… *THAT THE BOY WAS LIVING IN A BOX when he was at home?!?* MAYBE if they'd known THAT, they'd have tried treatments that addressed the fact that *THE BOY WAS LIVING IN A BOX* 📦
Very good point!!
The looks on their faces when the therapist mentioned that was priceless!!
Seems like a lot of these diagnoses were based on the reports of the parents. They said all the right things to get an ODD diagnosis and then used it to justify worse and worse treatment.
They’re mandatory reporters, so the boy have immediately been removed from the home. I assume his parents threatened him to not tell anyone.
I really like this Judge. Too bad these idiots can't have respect for him and the court and shut their phones off.

They look like rat face ferrets. Their name is very fitting.
All I have to say is If those parents truly don't see that they have done anything wrong, despicable or deplorable then they both need some severe mental help. They are sitting there in court researching and searching who knows what in an effort to keep them from being put in an 8' X 8' cell ... talk about Kharma!!!!!!
I bet the jail cell is bigger
@@terryellis7692 and they'll have roommates to keep them company ;)
If they felt what they did was ok…why would they stage a bed in the room with the crib after they found the boy
the cross of the psychiatrist is painful. One of the most ineffective lawyers IVE EVER WITNESSED
I felt sad when he said they made a mistake he was trying to excuse they're cruelty
They knew they were in the wrong as they kept this form of punishment a secret, moving the mattress and desk to the toddler room is an example of trying to hide evidence from police.
I’ve watched/listened to almost 4 1/2 hours now… this defense atty needs to just give it up. He’s not getting anywhere, he’s likely annoying the jurors, and he’s digging their hole deeper.
Sir, your client locked his kid in a box and treated him worse than an animal. He was wrong. Accept it and move on.
Right! Even the judge basically told him
Wrap it up…When he asked how much longer he would be!
If (WHEN) the Judge sentences then, I REALLY hope he does a 'Dad Lecture' prior to administering the judgment!
Sheesh this defense attorney. And how is Timothy allowed to talk to his wife. Don't understand that.
When the wife and the woman behind her were "playing" with laptops, it was the height of their rudeness. Disgusting behavior of "adults" who think they are masters of "punishing" a child in the way they think is appropriate.
I just cannot get my head around the fact that neither parent has shed a tear. Im sure if my worst parenting moments were recorded and shown back to me i would be an emotional mess, and i have never ever done anything like this to my children. But there have been times my children got a telling off for something that afterwards i wonder was it that extreme that it even deserved the telling off and it would play on my mind afterwards, so i just cannot fathom how they sit stoic like this kid, his feelings and the long term effects of this will or may have on him do not even matter to them. Im baffled.
The defense attorney came in late and he's not prepared. The psychiatrist is prepared. The defense attorney discusses adhd. Putting a kid with adhd in a box would drive them crazy. I think he had attachment issues. Putting a kid with attachment disorder in solitary confinement with prison guards would make it worse. On the stand he said he was apathetic.
They put him in a box so they didn't have to deal with him.
That was a very poor cross-examination. I think the defence tactic of blaming the victim will backfire.
Poor guy scrambling to create a defense where there is none. Most times in cases of obvious guilt I feel bad for the defense atty. the struggle is real!!
@@geoffpoole483agree… blaming an 11-14year old for the cruelty his parents showed him. Disgrace!
You are so right! I have ADHD and can’t even be in a room without a window; much less just sit without something to do. When the defense attorney tried to him off almost burning down the house because he messed with an outlet I had to laugh. Of course he messed with the outlet!! I was 30 and complimented my dad’s new TV - instead of thanking me for the compliment he told me not to take it apart 😂. Us ADHD kids are an inquisitive bunch.
The psychiatrist said psychopathology and he tried to pretend he said psychopathy lol... totally different things.
I really hope Lego Head takes the stand and refers to his notes. The defense taking on a Professor was very embarrassing, not his finest moment in life. Allowing the Professor to say the word cell continuously was truly excellent.
Lol 😆
Lego head I lost it 😂😂😂
“Lego head” is so dead on.
I can't wait til Lego head gets in the yard and that LEGO HEAD GETS STOMPED
Lego Head!!!! That is who he looks like, thank you!!!!
I hate that defendant. What a monster....unbelievable.
If any who just tunes into this trial without knowing what it’s about, listening to the defence, might assume that the child is the one on trial.
Exactly what I thought
both are sadistic. there’s an older woman sitting in gallery behind him that i would bet is Tims mother. same mean demeanor. Poor little guy gets born in Vietnam and come here too the land of promise and opportunity to get put with these monsters. Why would you adopt a child only to treat them like you dont want them?
I was saying the same, the old blonde lady with short hair is very mean looking. She is Tracey's mom, very small lips.
Everyone is talking “no window, no light… how about NO OXYGEN?!?! Lack of quality of air for so many hours a day?!?! Wow.
@@soupnfreshHe wasn't allowed to use it unless one of the adults turned it on.
@@soupnfreshwell. That makes it better.
No he was not allowed to turn on the AC the Father said so and if he does he'll be in trouble. Ronan responded he was hot the Father through the Ring said no.
Someone needs to check the Male Defence attorney's qualifications. He is possibly the worst attorney I've ever seen!
This doctor rocks!!!! Thank you for helping this boy!
Does not matter what he did there is no reason to lock this boy in a box and not feed him properly or allow him to go to the toilet This father is a monster
so is the mother
Agreed.
@@cynthiamartin2197 Agreed.
100% what did they do to the daughter to make her submissive and sit in her room reading for hours in end
I read an article that stated the son was only 8 years old when he was first placed in locked room. No wonder he got worse
This trial is not going very well for the defendant. He’s going to regret not taking the plea bargain. I’m glad he didn’t take it though, he deserves more than 2 years
If they were malicious and somehow thought this was a good decision, they’d be tears hearing what kind of trauma they actually caused.
Most defense attorneys would’ve literally asked 2 questions and called it a day. Instead he kept him on the stand even longer so if
The jury didn’t hear how he felt about the cell, they do now!
The way the parents don’t even show any remorse is infuriating to watch!
Is that her lawyer next to her taking notes for her trial? Seems unfair that this is allowed.
Since the mother won't be testifying, it doesn't matter. This is all public record already.
That poor kid… just listening to those ring cameras, my heart raced every time I heard that door unlocked… can’t imagine how he felt
Same!!!!😢
Defense attorneys are almost unwatchable. They’re giving me a headache lol
I said the same thing 😂 poor husband or friends she looks like there's no argument she wouldn't win ugh, despicable
I have so much contempt for these so-called parents and their lawyers, I wonder how defence council would feel if it were their kid.
Every time one of them furrows their eyebrows at video and looks down writing or investigating on laptop like it's a shock, I feel my carotid artery ready to blow. I was wondering what was taking them so long to admonish about all of them using electronics and that one taking pictures
I do think this child had behaviors that were difficult to deal with but the parents handled this all wrong. Had they been fearful of the safety of the other children, they could have tried to have an immediate assessment and possibly admit him to inpatient psychiatric treatment. It’s like he no longer fit the mold of a perfect child so they tried to hide him away. Such a tragic case. I hope he is able to be a successful adult.
There's no such thing as a problem child, only problem parents.
I have a belief that when you might think a child deserves love the least, that's when they need it the most. And violence leads to more violence
His bad behaviour sounds like he was acting out to try to get attention... when a child doesn't feel loved they will often do anything, even bad things just to get some attention.
When did getting a snack become stealing ?my kids have been stealing from me ha all this time 😮
Mine apparently steals from me every. single. day. after school.
Hahaha…. I think I am gonna go steal a snack from my refrigerator right now! These aren’t parents, they are prison guards!
Yeah stealing food. Wonder why? 😂
Well crap my kids are grown adults & every time they come into my house they steal food out of the refrigerator. They have also stole laundry soap, toilet paper & paper towels. I guess my kids have been stealing most of their lives. It is a wonder they are all functioning adults that haven't been to jail.
@@67jujubFacts. My grown children do the same. And 1 is a cardiologist, 1 an Aeronautical engineer, and 1 currently in med school. And the engineer was a tough kid. ADHD and possible ODD. I got calls daily from his school. The dean, principal and I got to be very close. He was suspended the end of his senior year and couldn’t walk across the stage. He honestly was a terror. But I loved him. He was a mid 90s student. He still got his HS diploma and went on to college. He may have given me a lot of gray hairs, but he was never locked up in a box of a “room”. And he is a wonderful young man now with an amazing job.
I hate when an attorney try to discredit a witness who has years of studies and years of practices, wrote a lot of books and articles, and when the way he talked and explained was clear and so logical... I am seeing Psy and I personally thinks this one was excellent. As for the vicious question about being paid, why would those people take on their very busy schedule, sometimes even having to travel to the location Court is located, do it for free. If it was free, they would not do it because they are losing on their working times and incomes. It's not like the state can't afford it
Yes, all that time wasted on naming everything he did at the beginning. It was more in-depth than the States. Move on with the cross-exam.
The defense did a good job of making the psychiatrist look very good by going over all his accomplishments!
@@ElizabethGrindon the defense try whatever, nobody will forgive and minimise the torture this boy has endured and will traumatized with for his entire life... to me the defense does its job but should not even bother
This attorney is certainly making a boatload of $$$$$$ himself, he doesn’t work for no pay!
@@be4202 that's for sure
I want to know more about the ankle monitor that his dad threatened him about wearing again. WTH. I hope this couple gets at least the same amount of jail time as they kept their son in.
How would they get an ankle monitor? Do they sell them on Amazon?
Me too! I haven’t heard anything else about that!
He should be put away to live in solitary confinement for the rest of his life with only a mattress, a desk and a couple textbooks. 😡 Sadly, no matter what his sentence is, his “son” will forever be damaged from this.💔
I agree wholeheartedly.
If I have to choose between that and the death penalty, I choose the latter.
Why is the wife allowed to use laptop? Why is she even there? She looks as evil as her husband.
The Sixth Amendment right to a fair trial guarantees the right of defendants to have family members and friends support them in court. Most courts encourage it and give them priority to be in the courtroom. As far as her having a laptop, everybody in the courtroom was using electronic devices. So I guess they don't have any rules against it.
This is like the egg or the chicken theory ...
Which came first?
A. Because he was being unjustly mistreated and harshly punished, the child "acted out" his frustrations.
B. He was harshly punished and mistreated because his behavior was out of control.
As a retired teacher, I think "A".
The behaviour wasn't even dramatic. C'mon now.
As not a teacher, but with 25 years working in foster care, with many children with RAD, I also take A.
RAD children need to WITH people to understand it’s ok to attach. Not be isolated. Any professional who knows anything about RAD knows that.
That's my question exactly
I love this judge. So respectful to everyone. Nice to see.
If these parents are found guilty and serve prison time, they will feel what it is like to be in a box and receive limited privileges.
They’d still get regular meals and access to a toilet.
Their punishment should be the punishment they gave their son everyday of his life.
And running water. And daylight. And time outside. And socializing. And reading material. Possibly a tablet. Phone privileges And a chair. And a bed off the floor.
Im amazed how incredibly sick these people are…if that were my sister or brother, they would’ve been in jail the second I found out. Family or not….you cant support this evil.
He’s Screwed he’ll probably get 7 to 10 years and Appeal…the Judge doesn’t look impressed At All!!
Lol… watching the Judge’s face. You are right, not impressed at all!
Did these ppl adopt this kid to vent their sadistic tendencies? The mom has to go down too. If a man is so defective that he does not know how to b a proper parent it falls on mom to lay down the law if in fact she cared. She was complicit. There was conscientiousness of guilt here… they lied about cell. Called it an office to cops. Shows malicious intent! Were they trying to break this kid down?! Were they trying to exacerbate his Emotional state? Guilty AF
He was treated like an unloved pet
If the child wasn't locked in a room and limited in food intake and variation, it wouldn't have stolen food from other kids at school. It's a Problem that a behavior caused by the incompetent cruel parents gets missdiagnosed by someone eho doesn't know the home situation.
I seriously love this judge, so flippen loveable, approachable and he doesn't throw his weight around. I'd love deliberating in his court any day
