We had a guy like Warren when I was a kid. His name was 'Tiger' and he lived under a bridge that was about 100m from my house. He was the nicest man, a former college professor with mental illness. I would visit him all the time. We would fish the stream next to his 'home' he built from various things like pallets, plywood, etc... He taught me how to clean a fish and would talk to me about world history, especially the Roman Empire, which is what he used to teach. He would talk about riding trains up & down the east coast and so many other things. My mom & dad would make sure he had food, clothes, blankets/sleeping bag, shoes/boots and they even tried to find him a place to live but he wouldn't go anywhere. Then one day, he was gone. I just commented about this. There ARE parents who genuinely have NO clue what their child is doing. I came from loving, caring and protective home. My parents are amazing (just Dad now, as we lost Mum 5yrs ago). But as a teen I'd lie about staying at pals houses, but really go camping, getting into nightclubs under-age, and all sorts. I wasn't mad, bad, evil, psycho, or had any issues, it was just typical teen antics. Looking back, how some of us are still here to tell the tale is beyond me. But we thought we were "mature". Anyway point is, My parents were mortified when I began taking a trip down memory lane, as an adult, declaring all my antics. Yes we had a giggle about some of them, but on the whole, my folks were shocked. They always spent time with me, took me places, I didn't go without, but had rules (which I slyly broke) On the flipside of that, obviously there are parents who should know better, should see signs/symptoms and more.
Yeah the sobs sounded so sad and they stopped on a dime and turned into laughter with the detective “Whatta ya gonna do?? He’s decapitating people!! Ah hahaha!!”

The cops laughing while finding his body parts isn’t also considered disturbing? I guess there is a right and wrong way to be disturbed.
The fact he enjoyed this is sickening. He deserves life in prison without parole.
Not even life and its not about what he deserves only or justice but also the safety of the community. Yoi cant risk him escaping or being released which is possible as the system messes up all the time.
