      I agree with everything you said except for the reason why we yawn…the real reason why we yawn and why we are connected is though a different type of energy called Etheric energy …which is due to everyone being subconsciously connected to the ether itself….but as I said big probs to you for your information, you are doing great pal…🫡🫡🫡

      I really think drinking is one of the worst things for our own self esteem for a myriad of reasons, not the least of which: we’re ashamed and regretful when we do it- weather we admit it out loud or not, we know it’s poison and we give it power which gives up our own. I’m getting back on the sobriety train. First 2 weeks is always the hardest and then it smoothes out. Good luck on your journey

    3 weeks into a life makeover, eating clean, drinking more water and exercising
    For someone who has struggled for 30 years with depression, low moods, low energy levels, drinks too much, smokes too much, I can assure you, it’s hard but it gets easier and then self love becomes addictive
    I sleep better, I feel better, I look better
    I wake up and watch videos like this and sleep watching them, surround yourself with knowledge and motivation
    Love this guys vibe
    Good luck to you all ❤

    🌟 Absolutely spot on at 15:00!
    I've been on a fasting journey for over 6 years now, abstaining from food and drinks twice a week from sunrise to sunset. The results are astounding! 💪 Despite rarely hitting the gym, I feel stronger than many regulars there, boasting great skin health and looking 5-7 years younger. Prince Ea's wisdom about reserving our energy is golden. ⚡️ Prioritizing energy over time freedom and wealth is crucial; they should be the byproducts, not the focus. Fasting indeed taps into our most significant energy resource, with humans digesting about 70 tons of food, equivalent to 12 grown elephants! 🐘 Let's heed his advice, for I am living proof of its transformative power. ✨

    6. Sleep - recharge yourself.
    7. Play - laugh more
    8. Relaxation technique - humming.

    "This phrase 'living to work' resonates with me because I've realized that the world of salaried employment is a real lie, unless you're in a job you truly love that brings value to people. My sister, who passed away in 2015, 'loved' her job, but we realized that during her illness (cancer), everything had lost its meaning. When you wake up every morning, 'happy' to have 'achieved the goal' (supposedly), and the next day you're diagnosed with a serious illness, you realize that this 'goal' was actually just an illusion, and that, in the end, our job wasn't as important as we made it out to be. The world keeps turning even if we're no longer there to do that job; our position is quickly filled."

      Being called a try hard💀
      That is the best thing you could have been called. A try hard title is given only to the most dedicated. Nerd is something you should be proud of. Im a history nerd 🤓. You have to embrace that name because not a lot of people are nerds. You have the power to dominate your class in some subjects. Rise to power. Get the glory. These names are flirting. They dont know how it is to be smart. They dont know anything actually. You gotta press on the advantage, this is how your status gets brung up. You have an immeasurable advantage over these guys

      @barbarafairbanks4578 5 місяців тому +1

      @emmadavis5633
      Not really! You've got this mixed up a little.
      Plain (filtered) water can still hydrate us, if we sip on it over time so that it has time to enter and keep our cells hydrated, RATHER than gulping down 8 oz at a time and flooding the tissues.
      The result of flooding the system with great volumes of water all at once - is that H2O quickly floods the body; bypassing the cells, floods the kidneys, and the kidneys rush it out thru the urinary tract! Not only does the H2O bypass the inner cell where it's needed, but it also promotes the annoyingly frequent urges to run to the commode every 30-60 min because our kidneys are rushing extra H2O out of our system.
      You won't have this frequent urge if you sip small amounts over time, rather than gulping down glasses full all at once.
      Constantly Sipping on water over the 1st half of the day - avoiding it shortly before and with a meal, & for 90 mins after a meal - then resuming to sip.
      Then after 6p.m. STOP (or by 7pm at the very latest - STOP sipping water - stop all fluids
      And with THIS modification in H20 intake, we find we do not have the problem of having to get out of bed and Into the bathroom in the middle of the night - sometimes a few times at night or wee hours of the morning (because our kidneys are STILL trying to void the extra H20 we gulped down during tge day and/or evening time!
      I switched to this method recently - and it does work. I sleep thru the night without any middle of the night trips to the bathroom.
      And yet, my cells are fully hydrated because I got rehydrated with my 2.5 quarts (or more) early in the day.😊
      It is true that sea salt's magnesium & sodium levels do help the H20 we've ingested to enter & hydrate intracellularly.
      Also, drinking Alkaline water has been scientifically proven to enter the cells faster than non-alkaline water.
      The best type salt to enhance our mineral intake & more efficiently hydrate the cells is Celtic salt.
      This is hand-processed Himalayan sea salt. You can get it in crystalized form. Dissolving just one Celtic salt crystal under the tongue prior to sipping on our water gives us many more minerals, micro-elements and trace minerals, plus 3 different types of magnesium - than does regular Himalayan sea salt.
      This is because the hand-processing (rather than heat processing) of this Celtic salt preserves all of its mineral and its element constituents - that heat processing would destroy.
      However, in lieu of Celtic salt, Himalayan sea salt would be a 2'nd best option to take alongside your SIPS of water.

      Exactly! 👍 Food is calories and I account for every one of those calories. Proteins, Fibers, Fats, carbohydrates in that order are my preferences……not a fan of empty calories and I keep sugar to a minimum…. I wish I could eliminate it but it’s naturally in fruits and shows up in other foods so 5 grams or less per serving is my sweet (pun intended) spot 😊 AND All those calories I put to good use to build Muscles 💪 AND These days I’m pretty muscular so all is well! 🤗👍

    I'm so glad you addressed this one!! I know too many people who freely use melatonin but have no idea the impacts and do not bother with good sleep hygiene practices!
    It honestly blows my mind!
    We tried it before I did my research, and all got nightmares from it. A mate of mine had the same problem, too. That was disturbing enough to put me off - then all the research I did just cemented my position further!
