Simon, can you please confirm that these seven strategies will give almost limitless energy to people living with Leigh syndrome, mitochondrial encephalomyopathy, MERRF or Pearson syndrome?
You forgot to mention eat enough eggs. protein like eggs, meat etc. Basically eat no processed foods. Good cholesterol from eggs is the building block of the dan/cells. Keep your testosteron etc high
Can understand where you are coming from as I’m going the toddler years myself. Sleep is certainly more challenging but with the rest, we just have to adapt a little.
I begin each day reciting positive affirmations “I trust in my abilities and believe in my cause” which energise me. The practice of self-affirmation, or regularly telling yourself positive things, works like this: Imagine your brain as a garden. Negative thoughts are like weeds that can take over and crowd out the good stuff. Now, think of self-affirmations as seeds of flowers and vegetables you plant in this garden. Every time you repeat a positive statement about yourself, it’s like watering these seeds. Over time, with enough care and repetition, these seeds grow and the positive thoughts start to take root and spread, just like flowers or veggies would in a garden. Initially, it might not be easy and it could even feel awkward to utter positive affirmations to yourself. However, with time and practice, you will get better ;)
Best way to correct iron deficiency is to eat beef steaks and liver. Dark greens too. Eating citrus fruit or lemon water with that meal helps you absorb all minerals better. ❤
Get in nature, and especially if you can have enough privacy to be there in your skin. When at home, wear as little as you can in the way of clothing. Expose your body to some hardship...endure cold, bugs, or whatever...you will feel great after an uncomfortable moment, and those moments are what our bodies were evolved to deal with...we don't connect or challenge ourselves with where we came from any more...nature. Walk cross country...life drives us on roads and sidewalks, and divorces us from what sustains us.

I liked your tips here and your voice and tone is nice, but it was difficult to listen to. I was feeling stressed halfway through because of the repetitive nature of the backing track was overtaking my ability to listen to what you were saying, like an alarm clock going off with no snooze button. It’s distracting. Ironically, you mentioned that Satanist that invited people to sit in “silence”. It would be nice to be present with just your message with silence in the background. 🙏🏻
Thank you and appreciate the feedback. It is something I have taken on board for future videos and hopefully your experience will be better with those 🙏
how do you energise when you have lost everything… Some people do not have the cards of life stacked in an order to shuffle. Our Palestine brothers / Sisters - lost their children, homes, lives - in our current lives are in a genocide - when we watch them be destroyed like a living holocaust. How do they move day in day out? How do they get energy to open their eyes the next day? The values people share about success are energy are in the modern world - 1st world countries. What is the energy of success for the poor and weak?

repeat a positive statement about yourself, it’s like
watering these seeds. Over time, with enough care and repetition, these
seeds grow and the positive thoughts start to take root
and spread, just like flowers or veggies would in a
garden. Initially, it might not be easy and it could even
feel awkward to utter positive affirmations to yourself.
However, with time and practice, you will get better ;)
Love this 👏
@@simonalexandero thanks man!
I'am there right now. 😢
😢😢😢
It could be simple like lacking iron 😅I been struggling with this a live time
👏👏👏
Best way to correct iron deficiency is to eat beef steaks and liver. Dark greens too.
Eating citrus fruit or lemon water with that meal helps you absorb all minerals better. ❤
Do you offer any in person training classes
I deliver keynotes and workshops at companies, conferences and festivals if that’s what you mean?
Get in nature, and especially if you can have enough privacy to be there in your skin. When at home, wear as little as you can in the way of clothing. Expose your body to some hardship...endure cold, bugs, or whatever...you will feel great after an uncomfortable moment, and those moments are what our bodies were evolved to deal with...we don't connect or challenge ourselves with where we came from any more...nature. Walk cross country...life drives us on roads and sidewalks, and divorces us from what sustains us.
Wise words 👏
I really enjoyed your video, but the constant zooming in and zooming out was totally distracting.
Thank you and grateful for the feedback. It is something I’ve taken on board for my more recent videos where I’ve dropped this altogether 🙏
This video was good except the random zooming in and out, was distracting
Thank you and grateful for the feedback. Learning and experimenting so this is great for me to take on board for future videos 🙏
Anyone who cites Maria Abromovich as an inspiration is not of the Light.
Sorry you feel that way. I don’t know enough about her to understand where you’re coming from but simply found her exhibition she did in New York interesting in terms of what she was trying to teach the audience who attended it
@@simonalexandero she is a cannabslustic witch. Have you seen. Her Satsnic artwork?
Does anyone has a graphic representation of these habits? I want to print it, frame it and have it on the office desk and walls :)
That would be super cool!
@@simonalexandero I am listening you talking with Oana Leonte, as I am from România too.
Would be great to have the visual board for the 7 habits, if not...will do one myself
Hope you enjoyed the conversation!
🙏🏻
So glad to hear that you enjoyed it 🙌

Yes? 😊
OMG why does the camera keep going in and out, I couldn't even finish the video
Yep, not to mention the music that drives you nuts.
Grateful for the feedback. Was experimenting with a few ideas. Not everything will work and why it is great to hear comments like yours to help me reflect as I continue on my UA-cam journey 🙏
@@simonalexandero Sorry for commenting in such a jerky way.
@@Burnrate no worries at all and hope you are having a beautiful week so far ❤️
u missed semen retention, for energy off the charts.
👏👏👏
I liked your tips here and your voice and tone is nice, but it was difficult to listen to. I was feeling stressed halfway through because of the repetitive nature of the backing track was overtaking my ability to listen to what you were saying, like an alarm clock going off with no snooze button. It’s distracting.
Ironically, you mentioned that Satanist that invited people to sit in “silence”.
It would be nice to be present with just your message with silence in the background. 🙏🏻
Thank you and appreciate the feedback. It is something I have taken on board for future videos and hopefully your experience will be better with those 🙏
how do you energise when you have lost everything…
Some people do not have the cards of life stacked in an order to shuffle.
So sad to see what is going on in the world at the moment 😢
