I bought the same car new. Loaded for 29k with 13k discount. Sold it in 2021 for 13k. Best car I ever had. No mechanical problems. Loved the heated/cooled cup holder, for example.

Just got mine! 2011 with 91k mi… I’m in loveeeee! No mini van/suv for me, plenty of room for kids. Plus they love the panoramic sunroof . V8 purrs beautifully 💯 🙌🏾🙏🏾🤞🏽

I like how in these old videos there's still the same elements that appear in Bill's later videos, just in a more muted or less expounded way.
The originals did NOT have an ersatz Bentley grill. Those grills were a call back to the ‘55-56 300’s “egg crate” grills. Biggest difference being that the grills in the 1955-56 300s were split.
I like the older steering wheels you were talking about that Cadillac had as other cars at the time.

I bought a 2011 Chrysler 300c in February of 2022 that is identical to the one in this video. It only had 29,000 on the odometer. Got it for $20k even. Absolutely love the car.

Nitrogen keeps your tire pressure the same regardless of temperature. As a rule, air changes tire pressure 1 psi +- per 10° +-. Nitrogen keeps the tires the same regardless.
Usage initially was used in racing but became popular in "civilian" cars with the advent of tire pressure monitors.

The lx platform is an evolution of the lh platform with mercedes suspension parts. And the lh was based on the 1988-92 amc-eagle premier which was one of the reasons chrysler purchased amc.
I like when people say 'Chry-zler.' I never hear anyone in Detroit say it that way and I think it's cool.

I recently got tires replaced for my car and asked about Nitrogen. The consensus of the people working at the tire store was it was not needed and more hype than any real benefit.
Nitrogen in tires is what Corinthian leather was to the Cordoba.
Regular air is mostly nitrogen anyway, after all.
The nitrogen fill keeps the hot/cold tire TPMS reading from fluctuating as much as with just air.
What size rims ?
I found one exactly like this with 44k for 18k, after everything totaled it would be around 24k, I’m debating if I should get it because I don’t really know how reliable that HEMI is
You really can't go wrong with the 5.7 liter HEMI, I had one of these and it had very great road manners, handled well and still offered somewhat of a plush ride. If you want a stiffer more performance oriented handling package, get the SRT version.

Not a fan of all this chrome. I like the 300s though. Really if I were in the market for one of these cars I'd just go for another Charger, but if I had to get a 300C I'd go for black on black with no chrome. I've seen one like this, I think it was a SRT8, and it looked really mean. And yeah the updated front end looks a lot better than the previous generation. I liked the older Chargers front and rear better than the updated ones though.

Totally right, bought my wife a 2016 300S love the car. Very well built car. One of the few cars built in America other than the bland auto brand of Toyota.

You gotta love when a bunch of Americans take care of German common sense-lessness (ie. heated cooled cupholders). Now you can have a pre emissions era benz without the poor-person-blanked-out-buttons i.e vented seats (also without the prone-to-brake-down airmatic as a german "package"). Also I cant praise them enough for using the bulletproof decades-of-Mercedes-refined 5 speed automatic. That gearbox is the definition of bulletproof. You can put that in your caterpillar topsoil bulldozer and it will run until a west african finally steals it from London takes it back home puts it in his mercedes overland truck and runs it on child labor sweat and mud somewhere in sierra leone till the end of times... This car, quite unintentionally, will run forever. And as long as you can get the 2020 updated apple carplay installed nothing will stop this car for being one of the best non pfennig saving german configured german sedans. Mark my words in 20 years when these will still be on the road.
