My Alaska Cruise June 2024 - Saw Whales, Eagles & Bears, Oh My!

Just snippets of my 7-day Alaska cruise on the Carnival Luminosa. It was a really nice cruise and an amazing way to see Alaska.
Visiting during the summer months is a great way to see wildlife- I saw so many species of birds & several sightings of whales as well as other marine life.
The Bald Eagles were in abundance. You could see their golf ball-like heads all over the trees and even closer as you can see in the video. I saw puffins & so much more.
Alaska was so beautiful and clean. The food was amazing. People are very nice.
If you get a chance to visit, I would strongly recommend. But it is very rare to see the Northern Lights from a ship unless you sail Antarctica or fly to Fairbanks.
