Help open yourself up. Like it. There are days where, if you see my feet, sometimes my whole foot is behind the other one. Easier to get the hips open and closed with placement of feet.
Tilly, I was thinking to try that low game you mentioned to practice 7's and 10's...but then I got thinking I'll probably shoot my first 300 game ahhahaha!
My problem with my plastic is tend to try to throw to fast, messes my timing up! One announcer said its only a single why try to throw the ball through the wall, that kind of stuck with me!
Yep. I just tried throwing like my first shot. Not good. Doing some more work to get that muscle out and back to the straight shot. I have been doing one step drill treating arm like pendulum and using legs for speed. It’s getting better and still hard but getting more fluid relaxed release.
Yep finally got it and wasn’t expecting it that strong. I can use it during house league o my it strong. Going to be a lot of fun with this ball. I feel like I’m almost cheating during practice playing games with it and avg 210. Future probably do a whole game with it and probably be on live for house league. And can shoot another vid with just it…I’m going to see if I can find a challenger💪

That's what I did and other tip. If ur pin is on 10th, ur left foot front and ur right foot little behind ur toes. It does help me lots.

lol reminds me of a time where I confused the kids and set the lane for 7 pin no tap. They said it was cheating. But loved the 200 score.
