Hey Nick, I noticed that you do tend to drift on your last step which causes you to slide at an angle. Some shots are more noticeable than others but just thought I’d give you a heads up. It may cause you to pull more shots and cause a little inaccuracy
Thanks. I know I drift and making a few changes but looking for consistent slide. If drift always this much. I want it gone because it’s only the outside I drift.
Depends when I visited Okinawa those lanes hooked hard and a lot of big scores. In Tokyo these are slick and hard to turn. Couldn’t really give a proper comparison since I wore a wrist brace when I started out bowling in the states.
Ya it was rough and heard from others this is worst they seen for being dry. It is a 116 lane alley biggest in the world. The lanes are on the 2nd story. And there are 2 flights of stairs but the escalator came up around lane 105 and 2 elevators at lane 80. Going to the other end of the house was fun. Have to get there an hour early to start dragging the bags. After picking them up from the warehouse next door(indoor soccer park).
True. I do spare practice all the time and some nights I’m actually decent. I have high goals and getting upset I can’t hit them. So incorporating new system to practice. Still work spares but play 30 frames clean and can’t go home till done. Help the mindset a bit and not stress just do the cleanup. My form is getting better and noticing I have a different throw for spares. Need to fix that asap. As Sean Rash told me “slow down”. I’m not trying to kill pins but going to start taking the 75% throw to get better accuracy. Trying too hard I guess.
@@TillysAdventures oh sorry i was just talking about my comment. i was just being silly. keep up the hard work. i learn a lot from your vids. very informative and entertaining
Yes getting annoyed with myself. I feel I force outside to much. Yes I want to work right to left. But starting to get beyond 20 more often. Not scared anymore of missing out. Just make better shots and I won’t gutter.😅
@ don’t get annoyed if you didn’t get frustrated there’s no point to keep doing it. Trust is a must or your game is a bust keep plugging along you’ll get there

i've heard that the wood there has a lot more friction than we are used to.

Wow, 100 lanes. They would need five lane oilers lol. No wonder they don't reoil.

Get stupid good at spares. At least when you have no idea where the pocket is you give yourself a chance to stay in it.

48 games on one oiling? Better switch to left handed lol.
Wish it was that easy. All the righty’s were throwing from 40 so lefties even had to start lofting. It was a sight to be seen. lol.😂
1st
No not first. Bottom of the pack for me. Friends made it far like top 50 of the 800
