This video is so helpful! I have a ping on the way from CalCarn, along with some other plants, and I would have never thought to plant it in the conatiner it comes in. That's great! That will give me time to hit some thrift stores to try to find pots for my plants. Thank you!

Man, things have been chaos. It's the beginning of basketball season and we are a basketball family. I have some videos shot, just need to time to sit and edit.
I wish you had talked about light requirements. Do we expose the newly arrived things to direct sunlight or do we keep it in indirect light for a few days
I don't put pings in direct sunlight. If outside, maybe a couple hours of morning sun and indirect. I've never had good luck growing them outside. When it comes to lighting pings seem to be the most versatile carnivorous plant. They thrive under little and a lot of light, but they change color and shape based on the light they recieve.
Hey, if I were to use pings in an open terrarium or shallow bog dish, outside of other carnivorous plants, do you have suggestions for companion plants?

How long are pings good without bugs? I'm out of fungus gnats. 😂
Mine go most of the winter without any gnats. However, you can feed them fish foot flakes, I usually just do one on a leaf per plant every few weeks. Gives them a nice boost!
