Love your videos very educational thank you but I have a question what benefit is there to placing crowns on the frame as opposed just to build up porcelain directly to frame again thank you for all you do

It all depends on the VDO and tissue contour. Most patients don't like a convex design for esthetic reasons also its better for cleaning. I have seen many zirconia hybrids fail due to insufficient VDO or undetected microcracks in the sintering or post-processing. Metal frame Ti or CrCo is often the best option.
