Belichick was a great defensive mind. He made his squads play at the highest level despite not being the absolute best talent in spots complimenting the offense at a supreme level clip but his personnel decision making is questionable to say the least.
As a Pats fan with family born and raised in Massachusetts, pushing Brady out the door is 100% unforgivable. Stephen got that 100% spot on correct.

Belichick is only a great defensive mind cause he had LT, Ty Law, Seymour, Teddy, Hobbs, Vrabel, McGinest, and Harrison. Without those typa players his defenses was ranked between the 17th best to the 20th best. Which means he was average!!
He certainly assembled better Rosters when in years past. It also ppoints to the fact that New England needs a General Manager and othe rpeople evaluating talent and selecting players. If you want Bellichek to have input? Find, but let others make the personnel decisions. No one is praising The Rosters he's been assembling.

Dallas is definitely capable of winning a SB, but 49ers gotta be considered the favorite. They are stacked, and honestly, a matchup nightmare for the boys. Losing to them is not going to make any fan terribly disappointed in this team. This is the best team we’ve fielded since the 90’s.

I think the most underrated defense (probably the best) of this ERA has been these Saints teams the last couple of years, they just haven't been able to get the offense going eversince Drew Brees left. They were dissecting Dak’s picks in training camp. They been glazing Philly (prior to these last two losses) and San Fran all season. The first half of the season there were many who were quickly reacting to what they saw from DET even putting Goff over Dak as a QB. Immediately following the San Fran beat down SAS threw the idea out to Marcus Spears & Mad Dogg that Dak may throw 8 picks over those following four games (Chargers, Rams, and I can’t remember who else). He’s still convinced we don’t stand a chance against San Fran yet somehow if we don’t win the SB which we would assume includes beating them en route to a title then we somehow had a failure of a season? Lmao okay.

Something always happens to the cowboys late in the season, so I'm not holding my breath and neither should anyone else.
Whether it was in 2007, when they led the NFC with a 13-3 record and got beat at home by the Giants. In 2011, when they missed the playoffs due to a week 17 loss against those same Giants, once again at home in Dallas. 2014, when they finished with a 12-4 record and lost to the Packers in the divisional round, on their home field again. 2016, went into the divisional game with a 13-3 record, and lost again at home to the Packers. 2018, 10-6 record -- lost divisional to the rams. 2021, 12-5 record, lost to the 49ers at home, in the wild card, one of the most embarrassing playoff losses ever. 2022, 12-5 record, lost the divisional against the 49ers, on the road in SF.
Whether it's Tony Romo and Wade Phillips, or Tony Romo and Jason Garrett, or Dak Prescott and Mike McCarthy, the result has been the same. Losing in the playoffs. I fully expect to see the 49ers and the Ravens in the super bowl. I don't see the Chiefs making it this year, nor the Dolphins, especially after what just happened on MNF.
The same this could be said about Steven A’s steelers they are an accident waiting to happen along with every other team in NFL😂
