Very nice video! It would be nice to see your workout routine with this tool! I mean, how your training is “composed” the type of exercises, the reps, the pauses and so on...thanks for your time and keep up the good work!
Question I am 6'1" and think I should have the XL. However, I think I heard it comes only in black or chrome. Can I get it in lime green as I want color which affects my mood. Also do you have a connection to to tie the two stand together for more stability as I have seen others with. Thank you
I'd go with the XL just because it will make it easier to do bodyrows and single bar dips. Although the XL is only a 3 inch increase in height, so I'm not sure if it will make THAT much of a difference. I don't have anything to tie them together; I've never really thought about it. I like being able to adjust the distance on the fly and any instability will only help to increase your overall core control by making you work harder to stabilize yourself (just like using rings). BUT it's never been that bad. They don't shake on me or anything, but it all comes down to your control.
1:25 I like that "running man moving". All those exercise are very creative. Thanks
I never thought of that for straight-bar dips.
Just got a set, amazingly useful - got a long way to go but looking forward to it!
Enjoy the journey!
I found new exercises thank you
Good channel.

Dudes working out in grass 😮
Great video! Do you mind me asking how tall you are? Wondering if I can practice front levers on the regular size equalizers or if I should get XL.
Thanks! I am about 5'11" !

Yea I believe they're the regular ones. Some are taller. Taller is ideal for me but these worked.

I bought a dip station instead of these. I should have bought these.
