Finally someone here really helping others, and not asking for money after two minutes of video. Keep it that way.

I do these already yet I still managed to pick up a bunch of helpful pointers that none of my specialists ever mentioned... I hope you know you are truly helping people, sometimes (as in my case) more then a pile of different physical therapists/specialists/physios/and others... you have improved my life and sadly all I can give is a sincere "thank you!"
Hopefully one day I can manage to support you in return some way, much love from New Zealand ♡

Great videos, love that you keep them short and to the point. 4 excercises in 5 minutes, so many channels would drag that out to 3x the time.

Another winner! I’m sharing this with the hubby. He hasn’t been able to work out due to illness. He is curious about yoga and wanting to try as he has seen how I’ve changed since I started practicing. Not to mention he has had several knee and shoulder surgeries. These movements are gentle enough for him to start and see progression. Once again, I cannot thank you enough for all you share ❣️🙏😊

Really love these videos. Well explained and easy to follow. I’ve had a slipped disk and pain in lower back and through my left leg. These exercises are really helping my mobility, and reducing the pain.

Thank you so much for your videos. I'm getting a little bit more flexibility each time I do these. I couldn't do No.3 (cross leg /moving leg outward) but then the other three worked wonders!
    Thank you so much. 🙏

This is fantastic! We are weeks away from millions of people making bad NY fitness resolutions and abandoning them two or three weeks later. Imagine if people started with this instead and used it as a springboard to increasing their cardio and/or strength a month or so later....

Wow. Your flexibility is so amazing. That second bit of sitting cross-leg and lifting my leg up! Impossible. LOL. I am not even close. Oh well. Will keep trying. It’s taken months and months just to be able to sit half way close to cross-leg. How I wish I had not let my body go. ☹️

Thank you this is great, BUT, do you have any beginner friendly stretches for someone who’s knee doesn’t bend all the way. I have not been able to bend my knee all the way (barely past 90°) in over 25yrs from football injury. I’m super tight because of it, one leg is way stronger, always doing all the work.

I tried to do a forward bend and couldn't do it at all. But when I do it and try to stretch my glutes as I go down it feels a lot easier. Which is weird because I have no flexibility and a bad hip.
I wonder if you think this is a good method as it seemed to work for me
