Anyone else start doing these right when she was explaining the first one? After sitting at my desk all day and I creaked when I got up lol

I have been doing daily yoga for 4 years using Adrienne's you tube videos. I have tried many other channels but didn't find anyone I liked as much as her... Until you. I love your videos! You fixed my down dog! I subscribed and am on day 7 of your 21 days of yoga. You are so great at your movement and posture prompts, plus your energy and your dog make it all even better! Keep doing what you are doing!
Also I do free weights and want to start getting back to incorporating that as an adjunct to my yoga practice. I see that you have a rack in the background of a bunch of your videos. Can you maybe put some videos out about what kind of weightlifting you do as a compliment to your yoga practice?

At a 72 yrs old reasonably fit male, I'm trying to get my previous fitness levels back.
I'm only around 10lbs overweight so it's more about flexibility and fitness than anything else.
So I am truly glad that I came across your Channel. Simplifying and explaining these essential exercises has made me determined to follow your routines.
Many thanks for sharing these. I'ts very much appreciated.

HEYY LIV!! As a morning routine after a cold night passed breastfeeding my baby, this routine was absolutely amazing!!! I even find the coldness of the morning air energizing now. (And I even did the movements while My baby, who had fully become a toddler at this point, under the effect of being awake, crazy crawled over my mat and asked me to read a book to him shoving it perilously near my face! And yet I managed! These are genius moves, Liv. We love you so.

Thank you for your such clear instructions and movements one can attempt to do and get results.
    I shall try doing these.
The three exercises you gave in your previous video has helped my back a great deal and push out the lethargicness that lingers in the morning. - I'm referring to the deep squat with palms on ground and standing (attempted) up.
The exercise for upper back/shoulders worked within days - I can easily rotate my arms now and no longer have the stiff upper back and stiff shoulder from sleeping on it.
I'm writing in detail as anyone who has these issues can do these to get relief and better flexibility.
Thank you for helping and you are the best!!! 🙏

Would you happen to have any advice for extreme tightness of the top of the foot? When I was a young child I was forced to wear shoes that were a size or two too small (I grew really fast) and now my toes are permanently curled. My shins are extremely tight as well and no matter what I do to stretch out that area I just don't see any measurable results. It makes doing the stretches for the front of the thigh very difficult and I am almost positive it affects my balance in a negative way. Any advice would be much appreciated.
