  • The Coros App has the ability to allow you to create and upload workouts directly from the app to your watch. This allows you to create complicated running workouts, upload them and then simply follow them on your next run. I have been using this feature for a few months know and it has really added value to my running training. The app is simple to use and intuitive and the training runs you create can be as simple or as complicated as you like. You can set the parameters around your heart rate, pace, power, cadence etc.
By using the workout feature and customizing your training runs, you can take the thinking out of those more complicated training runs.

Looks smart Ian. Very similar system to what Garmin uses. 😎🤘

Very helpful, thank you. Just one thing; lets say I'm doing 6 x 1ml reps with 3mins rec. At the end of each rep do I need to press the Backup button to register the time of each and start the Rest (recovery) period. And repeat the process for the Rest period?

Hi there, no you shouldn't need to do that. It will move you on to the next part of the workout and when you upload, you'll be able to see how you performed each individual section of the workout. Thanks for watching - it is appreciated!

    Hello.
Can you tell me if this applies to coros pace 2?
Also when you exceed your pace do you have an audio signal or vibration?

Hi there, yes I'm using the coros pace 2. You get an audio signal when you are either under pace and over pace. You can also have a vibration too.

@@IRunDaily is there a different audio signal or the same when you are under or over the pace? Also I saw that there are different types like threshold hr, effort, power etc does it notify you in those types as well if you exceed the limits?

@@EuripidisZ hi there, it is different but only slightly to be honest. When I feel the buzz, I tend to look! You can only set one parameter I believe, so only pace, or heart rate, or power. You can still scroll through the watch faces though to see your usual running screen and that will keep working in the background.

Not quite sure what you mean, but I know you can skip a set or interval if you want to.
