I'm not a huge fan of eggs, but I must admit, I wanna try that sandwich so badly. Anytime you see the care and effort that is put into a dish and the end result, it sparks curiosity.
I want an equal amount of eggs and butter in each sandwich.

For people that think soft eggs are disgusting, just try making it at home you’ll love it. I was sceptical at first but I gave it a try and I only make scrambled eggs like this now.
Harry li I make my eggs almost exactly like this but I do prefer them a bit more well done, not a huge fan of the somewhat slimey texture when they're just at the point of being fully cooked.
yeah, i'll pass on the slime. if you cooked it you knew it came from literal slime, and i for one can't eat eggs that are still slimey.
I went to LA two years ago and the most memorable part of the trip was going to Eggslut. Ahhhh this video makes me miss it even more!

@@colina1330 to me I like it better without creme fraiche. There is a small bit of cream taste on cream fraiche and it's mainly used to cool down cooking process. I like Alvin's method using steel tray. I take it further by putting the tray in the freezer so when i put eggs onto the cold tray, it stops the cooking process
That's pretty much exactly what it is. Had it in Glendale at Eggslut, and it's pretty damn good. Definitely one of the more memorable breakfast sandwiches I've had.
Oh it's being around ALOT longer than Gordon, Gordon learned from the French chefs in France who have being making it that way for many decades before we were born.
