That beginning intro editing and green screen use was god tier. Absolutely hilarious
I was literally going to say the same thing
Keep up the fantastic editing, humor and overall creativity! I'll love the overall vibe of your channel🙏
Bizly has the best fucking presentation and editing on UA-cam😂 absolutely amazing! He just started making videos this year and already one of my favorite content creators!
Seriously though, his editing is absolutely insane and fantastic. He’s one of my favorite creators and whenever he uploads a video I watch it immediately
He was making videos for a couple years now, mostly playthroughs with his friends and things like gartic phone. I think he either reset his channel or created a new one and had a massive glow up, mad respect for the dude either way.
@@borisshnitkov7600 well, this new channel is is grade A content 👌🏾👌🏾
oh yeah he’s been making videos for ages it’s just this channel that’s new, his old one’s still up thank god cus there’s a lot of videos i treasure on there
Agreed
This makes me inspired to boot up dead space, play it for an hour, and inevitably crumble from fear. I'll beat it one day.
the remake is actually so so good im about to binge alan wake 1 and 2
Dude on a roll. You keep on this quality and release cadence you'll be a mainstay in gaming video essays in no time. Literally the next evolution of NakeyJakey. Great job
this is some of your best work man!
God, I never realized how good Bizly is as a standalone content creator, I already knew he was funny from JRWI but the amount of editing polish on this video is insane.
lowkey Simulacra is one of my favorite horror games that ive played recently. The tone is always so creepy bc you are exploring a missing person's phone and are getting random calls, sounds like someeone's banging on your door, and so much more. It scratches that itch of analogue horror and found footage while also not really being either
Im only a minute in but I've gotta immediately acknowledge the EDITING and PRESENTATION. Its unlike anything I've seen in the best way - so creative and engaging, I can feel the effort thats been put into this video. Major respect man, this is incredible work
this took like 8 hours to film and weeks to come up with visually so im very happy it shows hahaha
Man that Intro was goddamn S tier. The editing and use of the green screen throughout the whole video is so good.
Excellent work man, loved the video.
I remember being obsessed with indie horror rpgs when I was little, and none of them shocked me as much as the witch’s house did. I remember just looking at my screen with my jaw dropped once I saw the ending for the first time and being in denial that it ended like that.
People don’t realize that in fnaf the jumpscare’s are the punchline and the rest of it is the joke itself.fnaf is a psychological horror that relies on anticipation and paranoia.
The editing for these videos never fails to blow me away, just like the fascinating and complex lore of Five Nights At Freddy’s
The editing and presentation in this video is incredible! Easily one of my new favorite channels!
As someone with spidey senses (autistic with sensory issues) jumpscares are always terrifying cause I feel actual real pain every time they happen! It’d be fun to see a horror game geared to autistic fellas that’s totally normal and boring to everyone else
this entire video had me thinking about how often i get scared by random things in non-horror games because they just accidentally had the perfect conditions for random scares lmao
This video makes me think Biblungus should try playing Subnautica in VR.
My favorite part was when Bizly said it's horrorin' time and shoved us all in a springlock suit.
Ouch my bones! :3
Ow!! My lungs are getting punctured :3 OwO
OwO what’s this? 4 liters of blood gushing out of me?
I always come back teehee!! >~
Crazy he got us all to fit in here
The first Horrorgame which traumatized me was the OG Resident Evil 3. It was the exact scene where Brad got impaled by Nemesis. And some scenes of some zombies standing up were hidden in my brain for a long time. It got so worse that I got terrified even when one only mentioned zombies.
Nowadays I can't get enough of the Living Dead
speaking as someone who values a good story over most other elements in games, that’s also one of the main reasons why i love ddlc so much. playing it for the first time, going in (mostly) spoiler free, coming up with theories and pursuing different pathways with the characters was an incredible (and terrifying) experience. i think that some horror games don’t really need an in-depth storyline, but the ones that can pull it off make it that much more of an immersive experience like you said.
I'm trying to think of what ddlc stands for but idk
@@constantlyphil doki doki literature club!
@@whysomy ohh thanks
ddlc is so so good, it still sticks with me to this day and honestly influences how i see the world
Dude I love how you put yourself in the games as you talk. Super unique and fun. Great video in general as well, keep it up as always 😊
I personally love The Evil Within and its sequel. There’s something about a collective neural link gone wrong that really intrigued me, especially since each villain has a different reason for how and why they want to take power in this world.
The infection that turns people into “zombies” is just an extension of a villain’s influence on this world, and it is one of the most unique ways to use zombies that I’ve seen.
The character design is also just amazing. The Keeper, Laura, the Obscura, and so many others have just wonderfully horrifying designs.
I don’t know if it’s just nostalgia, but The Evil Within as a whole has always given me a strangely comfortable feeling to both play and think about.
Your green screen editing is awesome, keep up the good content!
1:37 is solid editing. It genuinely appears as if you're within the game environment itself.
Bizly has uploaded. Summon all mud consumers
This mf really got the ray tracing update
My favorite part of the fnaf movie was when Freddy said "Let's spring this trap fazgang!"
Bro you have some serious talent when it comes to editing and you’ve very quickly become one of my favorite UA-camrs. Don’t stop making videos bro I can definitely see you getting even bigger than you already are
For me, one of the very first games I ever actually got to play was Subnautica. The way that the fun survival game with silly little alien creatures slowly and inevitably falls down into this horrific game of, "find this resource in this area, but also we put a GIANT TERRIFYING CREATURE HERE FOR YOU TO FIND ON YOUR OWN" was always so addicting to me. I've played through the game only three times by now, (I say "only" because every other save I shit my pants and start over) and it always will hold a special place in my heart where the things that scare me go. I loved experiencing the story, especially since it wasn't just overridden because of the jumpscares. I loved going onto UA-cam and watching lore videos and mods. It was perfect to me. Even going back now and looking at my old saves is fun, visiting my cuddle buddies and checking up on my aquariums. For me, having it be a genuine MIX between survival and horror is what made it so fun. The game never really forces you to do anything, or to advance at all. You could totally spend hours just collecting food and water in the shallows, and collecting titanium to build your first base. But it's the gradual need to advance and make grander things that really sold it for me. In order to get that reward of having an epic vehicle, or a really cool base, you had to go to the dankest places in the whole game so that you could finally get that last blueprint. And then you go home. I could rant for hours about how much I loved playing Subnautica for the first time. Even if it was one of the first games I ever played, it still manages to hold itself up, and keep up to the top 5 of my all time favorites.
8:58 the “DIXMOR ASYLUM” wow, thats a name.
you're editing, your sense of humor, you're chill vibe and quality content are all why you are becoming one of my new favorite youtubers. :)
“We love you bizlychannel” we all say in unison 🙏🏻
Ngl ..these videos ..u can feel the passion and effort it takes to make ..like my god ...i love them and appreciate them
I Like how it feels like if i was seeing an NakeyJakey vid some times and then realize that this dude is taking the things to another level (without offend Jakey) just imagine what things we may be seeing in 2 o 3 years of Bizly content. Congrats!
Horror is something, especially being an extremely paranoid baby child growing up, that tends to be my biggest Achilles heel. It’s a genre that always one way or another wiggles its way into the creases of my mind and makes me think my jacket is a shadow person lurking over my sleeping body. Anything that basically moved when I was a child basically was just horrifying murder machine hellbent on my destruction, so naturally I was absolutely terrified of the horror genre. My resistance has somewhat grown with age but y’know, it’s stuff like doki doki literature club, the sa-x and dark samus from Metroid, the venom sounds in Spider-Man 3, the brutal violence of idw transformer stories like Last Stand of The Wreckers, and of course the eerie analog horrors such as The Walten Files or Local 58 or even the various fnaf vhs fan series. Man loved this video honestly, this channel has become a bit of a rewatching craze for me I love coming back to the previous videos and seeing whatever new things been cooked up. Keep up the great work Bizly
I remember when I was 7, played Manhunt 2 on my PSP and I was too scared to play it on evenings. I usually had to muster up the courage to even play it on the morning. Finished the game though.
I think Mike Flanagan is the best modern master of horror. It’s just in film, not gaming, but he just has a knack for making anything feel scary. I believe he spoke about turning anything into horror, even the most mundane. Games can be even scarier than film, but the more you play, the more numb you become to it. Silent Hill 2 is still the scariest game I’ve ever played.
The Fears To Fathom series of games has to be one of the best and newest horror games
was at starbucks and the cutie walked up to me and i paused the video at 1:35 not paying attention to the screen and she absolutely saw the screen. god damn it man
i am so glad youtube recommended ur re7 video to me. this channel is amazing 😭 the way u edit ur self into the scenes has me weak!
I really like fears to fathom because it builds its atmospheres really well and then eases you into the scares in a way that’s digestible for my baby fear tolerance
Honestly it's a shame that this video has a relatively low view count compared to your others. It's one of my favorites especially with the mix of your humor and serious commentary. Although its not very scary I think you'd appreciate the narrative presentation of Alan Wake. You'll likely never see this comment but I always enjoy eating the mud you produce.
amnesia dark descent is a perfection on focusing not only the story and monsters but the sanity mechanic was just a unique take on what we saw was real or are we losing our minds it will be my fav horror games
Still to this day, I hear "Resident Evil 7" and my body spikes my blood with adrenaline. I played it when I was just exiting my pre-teens, and was still pretty emotionally sensitive, and when I say that game sent me over the edge, I mean it. I'm about 40% convinced that I developed psychosis largely in part due to horror games like that. The tension of hiding mere feet away from a person that's going to for-sure kill you, the anxiety of wondering if you'll run out of ammo and have to resort to a pocket knife to defend against people with fire axes and effectively infinite health pools, and more. It was a terrifying and brutally unfair-feeling introduction into the gaming scene as a whole.
I'm not a big horror game fan, but horror movies are definitely in my alley. A movie called "it comes at night" or something like that still plants itself in my nightmares. It almost perfectly executes nearly all forms of horror, with people that have very little to defend themselves, isolated from the rest of the world, having dear family members turn into rabid beasts, with unseen horrors waiting just beyond their walls to attack. It was a mortifying experience.
Also, I remember some of the Dwemer ruins in Skyrim being kinda scary when I was really little; do with that what you will.
Obviously the best horror game series is Deadly Premonition and Deadly Premonition 2 : A blessing in disguise. Amazed no one has mentioned these works of art
1:24 you unlocked 5 memories with that line oh my god! And also ruining crt tv’s with the little capsule shaped magnets? Anyone else did that as a kid?
My favorite horror series is "The Test" games on Steam. Although they use pretty basic RPG maker assets, they set up the atmosphere very well. On top of that, the whole point of the test series is that it's asking questions about YOU; it can make you feel very vulnerable - almost as though the game can tell whether or not you're being truthful...
Drawing on the isolation thing, fucking lethal company does an amazing job capturing that feeling in such a real way. In single player horror games, being alone is scripted, being alone in lethal company, especially after all your homies have just disappeared is 10 times scarier to me than a lot of games that give you npc’s and then kills them off
These videos are exactly what the thoughts look like inside our brains. Horror games and horror in general have always been my favorite genre. Resident evil and silent hill will forever be my favorite games of all time since a kid.
I absolutly adore the editing, I really like the details of you changing house and saturation to mix and fit in with the background
Your lacroix moan sounded exactly like the chosen undead getting hit in Dark Souls
Bizly has uploaded once more now my life may resume
"dead by daylight is tag for people who work at gas stations" i am watching this while on break at my job, at a gas station, having spent all day playing dbd with my friends. what the fuck
in all seriousness the editing in this one?? oh my god?? been subbed for a rly long time and your content just gets better and better !! keep it up man and take care !!
Jelking… that’s worth a like and follow.
Editing kills but your raw, vulnerable, hilarious personal take is refreshing. I’ll be binging your videos
Please don’t ever stop, man! You’re going to be huge!
Didn't expect such a flex on editing skills lmao
One of my favorite horror games is probably Faith: The Unholy Trinity.
Weirdly the most scared I’ve been in a game wasn’t even in a horror game. It was Skyrim XD. Minding my own business questing near riften, when I die sudennly to a werewolf. No hints to it being there, no lead up, just death. And ever since whenever I’m alone in a game, horror or not, even tho I know nothings there, I feel like I’m being stalked by something
Got a joke for you:
For every main character in games or movie.
What’s he gonna Eat, Whats he gonna sleep, and Important for everyone, WHEN IS HE GONNA USE THE BATHROOM!
………………….
Soon.
a favorite horror classic has to be the suffering,, the monster designs all based on different forms of execution, to not knowing how much is in the protagonists head. to the confimment of the prison is perfect
Using Silent Hill soundtrack while talking about a Resident Evil game is the funniest thing ever. Amazing video and editing!
I like how one of the scariest things in Spooky's Jumpscare Mansion is a cardboard cut-out when something is chasing you.
Good lord the editing on this video is stunning I can't get enough of it! Tell Zalto and Geek (and yourself) excellent fuckin job
This is exactly what I was hoping for since i can't go trick or treating so my halloween treat this time is a bizly channel video.
Oohhh yeaaaa babyy love it when my boy unloads i mean uploads
the horror games for me that gave me the fear i've been looking for is Welcome to the game 1&2 and Scrutinized. they actually had me checking the windows and doors IRL when ever i was home alone.
Dang first video and I absolutely love this great job
Tbh, ive never thought of fnaf as "horror" more like a, puzzle game with slight jumpscares that can catch you off-guard
most of my personal favorite games are based off of the story and design. but for horror, it’s based purely on the fact that it scared me shitless. my favorite horror game is MADiSON, and i genuinely had nightmares for a week after playing it. it’s SO good but also terrifying. the song “blue knees” that plays is one of the most haunting things i’ve ever heard in a horror game.
Fear is universal
What makes you afraid is always gonna be unique
layers of fear has the best jumpscare.
a child sprinting full speed, face first into a wall. fantastic.
Deep reference a joke in the video: but In the book series Kingdom Keepers, which takes place at the Disney parks at night, there is a part where they actually go on it’s a small world and all the dolls come to life and start biting them
This is now the 6th video I’ve watched of yours, and wow are your endings great. As some content creator say “the consumer can smell the ‘blood in the water’ at the end of a video”. I sir, can not. I usually know when the video is about to end 10-30 seconds before. But yours. It’s captivating till the credits roll
Bizly deserves at least 5 mill subs because he puts so much work into his videos and there so good
This dude has great taste in horror games. I loved Amnesia the Bunker. Alien Isolation. Outlast. All fantastic games! Great job!
Best channel of the century
Literally your editing is so entertaining and refreshing! You matching the lighting and fitting into each of the scenes!!! Subscribed immediately
Outlast was a game I went into without any prior knowledge of what it was about. I was terrified the entire time I played it, and ended up sucker punching my sister because she snuck up being me while I was playing. She still brings it up to make fun of me
Hey man. Just wanted to say that I watch a lot of video essay channels and yours is the only one that has visual effects, genuine comedy, presentation, and a good script all together. Really happy I found this channel
I could not comprehend how scary immersion could make something until i played the walking dead saints and sinners on the quest 2. Even the bad quality and weird graphics did not unshit my pants. The sound design and just feeling like youre actually walking around in another world had me trembling. I dont even think that game is even meant to be scary lol
Please continue everything you're doing! I love the charm and unique humor and editing you have. Really reminds me of some friends of my own XD
It's only a matter of time before you get that proper viewership you genuinely deserve!
I never thought I'd say this but man, you put too much effort into your videos and I love it. God speed internet funny man.
Subnautica is one of my favorites, the way it utilizes the unknown is terrifying
Two of my favorite horror games are OMORI and Subnautica. Subnautica isn't even scary most of the time, but when you're just starting out and you don't wanna go out because it's dark or you encounter a leviathan, that will mess you up I've played the game so many times and I'm still expecting to be eaten alive any time I go near the Aurora. OMORI actually makes me tear up and feel cold when the horror sections come up, especially at the end. It's just so beautifully done to the point where it's my favorite game of all time. These two genuinely flipped my opinion on horror from not understanding it to completely loving it.
You are the absolute best when it comes to style of editing. No joke, no one does it better! Im incredibly inspired by you and your creativity
BIZLY VIDEO LETS FUCKING GOOOO recent bebo videos have been playing at my favorite things lately because bro I fucking loooove horror, and I loooove how you talked about all the aspects of what makes horror games good and how they appear and don't appear in certain games. As always amazing work from everyone!!!!!! Amazing video as always man, keep up the amazing work
The editing and quality of these videos are so good it almost makes me forget about the beast
I love this whole video, but the Lacroix break really solidifies it as my favorite Bizly video of recent
Such a hidden gem of a channel. Glad to be hear before it blows up
These vids are so much fun to watch, so adhd infused, thank you
my brain is mush
The random jelking joke thrown in was amazing 😂 way to cut tension
I will forever be rewatching spittakes play through of doki doki
actually love these videos sm the humor is so good. another banger from bebo!
immersion is super important in horror games, & holy shit i was 100% immersed in this video! your editing skills are top tier, & rly pull you in. its easy to tell how much time & care goes into making these videos. can't wait for more. 8)
I've been playing Alan Wake 2 and I feel like jump scares are done well because you don't know WHEN they're going to happen. There's no predicability. You might think "okay I'm gonna pick this up slowly and then I'm gonna get jumpscared" and then nothing happens. It'll do it suddenly when you're about to go through a door, for example.
Ahh my favourite genre, so many fun experiences in Horror. From the super campy to the really freaky we got everything you'd want and more.
Incredible video. I didn’t think the video game essay formula could be improved on any more, but here you go.
Horror Games that will always keep me on my toes are "Sons of the Forest" and of course "The Forest." Both have a lot of suspenseful horror. You know something going to happen to you, you just dont know when or where.
"it steals" is a great horror game, it's simple and effective. still haven't managed to beat all the modes.
this man is gonna blow up fr
anything with an overwhelming sense of dread and the feeling of having to complete a seemingly impossible task are it to me, games like metro and BioShock capture that in a great way even if they arent necessarily "scary", also to anyone looking for a good narrative driven lovecraftian game try out dredge its a super refreshing take on the genre and even with its style and animation it does a great job with holding that fear of the unknown and visually capturing eldritch horrors
The Outer Wilds DLC, Echoes of the Eye, is probably the best video game horror experience imo
