    You are part of my every day routine. My body has no idea what is coming. Strength training with Kay_ Kay and Penny Barnshaw then treadmill with you. 4:30 am getting it done before work. No excuses. 59 years young 60 in 5 months and so proud of myself! Mom of two grown men and Yay to 3. It's all about staying fit and healthy. You are a gem and your encouragement is what pushes me to keep going. Love you Rachel. 🎉❤

    Thank you Coach Rachael!!! I thank you, my Doctor thanks you too. I bought a treadmill on Nov 3/22 and started walking with you, slowly. Picture who you want to be, if you're not that person, let's walk there.
    Since then, I've lost 130 pounds, eating right, and watching portion size. At 60, I feel better then I have in 15, maybe 20 years. You have motivated me with your wonderful coaching. Again thank you! Just completed this 40 minute walk, 2.73 miles @ average speed of 4.095 mph. I'll be doing this one again too as I've been doing your workouts daily for a year now. Happy Holidays to you and your family.

    So grateful for your workouts this winter coach, since I’m unable to walk or run on the trails outside. This was a good one. I always had the incline up one cuz I’m trying to push myself, and I ran the last block. Thank you!

    I’m a 4:28am starter too!!! I clicked on this because it said ‘walk’ and it was a longer workout 😊 I’ll keep clicking on it because it was awesome!! I’ve done this a few times now and I up the inclines each time in the first block to challenge myself. Really appreciate the steady stream of walking workouts. Thank you! ❤

    This is perfect for a recovery Monday.
    I'm running the Dopey Challenge next month....4 days....5k, 10k, half marathon, marathon. Your videos have definitely improved my fitness. The different workout types keep me constantly challenging and improving more than same workout-different day. Thank you so much for your channel 😊
