🏝️Endurance workouts are the best! I loved this one so much ❤. Time for me to finish off with a 20 minute walk workout 🫡. This endurance one is definitely going into my favorites folder.
Wow... Very challenging but I did it. I loved when Rachel said physically fit=mentally strong. A lot of my struggles are definitely mental (besides the last minute when my lungs were screaming lol). Thank you coach Rachel for another great run and keeping me pushing past what I thought my body was capable of. 🏝🏝

6.08k/ average 9.9 kph/ extra cool down/ total 39:05 min. I increased every segment by 0.3 / walk - 3.8/ jog - 5.7/ run - 6.7 and Sprint - 7.7. It’s a big achievement for me. I could hardly run at 6.. thank you so much.. I feel so empowered 🏝️🏝️🏝️

I always do the new workout on Tuesdays because I workout early so it's not out yet. I set up and review my whole workout(cardio, strength, yoga, etc.)the evening before. Anyway, this is one of the ones where as I'm reviewing it I'm like "Awww sh*t" but at the same time am still so excited to do it!

Okay, so in the past nearly two years that ive been doing these workouts…this is first time i struggled harddddd through it. The post partum body dont play lol i had to pause stretch my hip flexors and then continue. I had been doing shorter videos past few weeks to work up to this but whew that was brutallllll BUT we still hit that 5k! 😅😅

I’m signing up for my first 5k turkey trot this thanksgiving and then you told us this is a good one to practice a 5k 🥲 seemed like confirmation to me! I also love when you talk about Mario kart LOL I love video games, especially Mario games 😂 thank you so much for your videos!!
