I’d love that!! I got to run a half marathon a couple of years ago…totally unprepared/untrained because it was two months after recovering from Covid. It was so painful and exhausting that I vouched never to run a half again. I’d love even a 10k or even 15k training plan by coach Rachel.
Hi, coach! Loving your workouts. 💜💜Thanks to them I’ve been able to get back to running. With that said, can I request more 50 - 60 minute workouts?? And more high incline walk/run workouts? My treadmill currently goes all the way to 15 incline and being a former trail runner, I’d love to get back to tackle hills. It’s currently too hot where I live so I can’t really run outside. My favorite is your 50 minute beginner run / walk workout. It’s been really helping me build my running stamina and speed. Please don’t ever stop making these 😊😊

Well I did 6.82km/51:33 min. I just did little extra than 30 min for same workout. I was pooped today but you are THE powerhouse of running and how can I not push myself to do it right. 🎉🎉🎉🥷
