Great video, I am currently in a first years eight and this reinforces what my coaches are currently teaching us.
i was wondering if you could cover how zeidler and ntouskos lost to lennart van lierop at the 2023 european rowing championships, zeidler is such a strong guy but he did not increase his rate even as he started getting behind, why?
