I made this for my sister-in-law's collage graduation, and it was a big hit! Everyone loved it! I did my own little spin on it, I put blueberries,strawberries and raspberries! And I also used the lemon Oreos as well as the golden ones! Great great recipe! Now my spring summer treat!

Yess but you'll need to scrape the filling out of the oreo because you can only use the cookie for a crust ;( Well, oreo cream is jummy as its own

Like LOVE them! :D I have two suggestions for the website:1) to make a list of ingredients in metric (helping the rest of the world) and 2) is it possible to make a search by ingredients? F.e when I buy something unsual and have no idea what to make from it that search would make my (and hopefully others) life waaaay easier..

For those who don't have a kitchen mixer, this was a great recipe using one of the most common machines people usually have at home.
I put Birthday Cake Oreos in the freezer! They taste like little ice cream sandwiches flavored with Cake Batter. Yummmmy!!!🌺🌺🌺🌺🌺🌺🌺🌺🌺🌺SO SO GOOD!

I made this and it was delicious. When I put the filling into the crust and started to spread with a rubber spatula, it lifted the crust and made a huge mess. I switched to a metal offset spatula and it worked great.

Love your videos- I have been watching them for years! Now I watch them with my 5-month old and he likes them too! Could you do a summer favorites series? For example, some basic chicken/beef/pork marinades for grilling, hot weather treats when turning on the oven is just too much (like this recipe), and lots of vegetables. Thank you for all of your hard work :)

if you re gonna try it, i recommend not to add the additional butter for the crust, it feels a lot like butter when you eat it instead of a crunchy crust because the filling of... most of the cookies is made of fat so.... i had to make it twice, if you use just the filling of the cookies, you wont get it that oily, well, my opinion for those who dont like to feel a lot of fat in the crust and prefer it crunchy, other than that, was wonderful :)

Will other fruits like strawberries make it soggy the next morning? Also can I use orange juice as a replacement? Lastly, does it have to be freshly squeezed? Thanks so much and love your recipes!! Hi, Laura! I'm making your blueberry coffee cake for tomorrow's brunch. But, I'm going to make this as well. I just don't have a tart pan. What don you suggest I use? I have to glass pie pans. Would that work? PS. 2 weeks ago we made your Salsbury steak dinner and it was delicious! Definitely now a staple on our dinner menu. 😊 and we tagged you in IG. LOL.
It will work in a pie plate but it will be difficult to slice and serve without the slice falling apart. But it will still be yummy!

I really can't be assed to bake a cheesecake XD The good no-bake ones taste just as great, and you don't need to worry about it cracking or taking forever to prepare... BTW, I like using the back of a spoon to pres down the crust :)
