I've made him crepes before, but this will be a special treat for him- my brave little boy. He's only 4, but I hope to be able to learn how to be as brave as him one day. He was born a 27wk preemie with severe complications that cause frequent (sometimes long) hospital stays to treat the "crisis of the moment." Thank you so much for sharing this recipe Laura!
So I made this recipe today and I have a few pointers for others 1. Do not use Aerosol Whipped Cream in a can. (It will make your crepes slide off eachother once they are all stacked.) Whip your cream from scratch! 2. Spread the nutella on your crepes one by one prior to stacking the cake. (this will make it easier since you will have a flat surface to work on.) Delicious cake. Very filling! I made mine with diced strawberries on top and used 2% milk instead of whole milk. It made exactly 15 crepes.
These days I just skip the whole video and stop at when she will eat I don't know why but I get so excited about her excitement about the food she makes. If there is anyone like me ?

Laura, I make crepes every so often for my family and we use Nutella and fruit as fillings. Instead of whipped cream (which I love) I use whipped ricotta with a little sugar, vanilla and lemon juice. It is just as delicious and provides some protein for the morning meal.

You are not too you g to cook, just show your parents the recipe you want to make and ask them to help you. This is the way you will learn how to cook/bake. Good luck

Thats because she eats healthy regularly and works out everyday. If u watch her vlogs she eats mostly healthy. So when she makes unhealthy food she eats in moderation.

I always mix all the dry ingredients with a little bit of the wet at a time. First I mix eggs and milk really well, until there isn't a string coming off the whisker from the eggwhites. Then as you mix in maybe half of the the mixture to the dry ingredients, you'll get sort of a "bready" type batter, because you have so little moisture. That allows you to whisk out the clumps a lot easier. Then add in the rest of the mixture as you whisk and you have a nice creamy non-clumpy batter!
