Incredible gameplay to be honest. The 2010's have been so good so far with MMO's and we're only in 2013. I cant wait to see what gameplay MMO's will have in a decade in like 2023 & 2024.

Now imagine you’re visually impaired. Having the text to speech at the start of the game is great and not very hard for someone who doesn’t need it to turn off. Hell in this game it’s not even on and just a quick bit of it!

@@jasonbourne1279 ive actually been playing on kr server since launch and am currently at 55 n i can confirm it definitely has p2w aspect to it but not to a degree ppl r making out to be. There is no mmos out there especiall f2p ones that arent p2w in my opinion. Even wow is p2w

It has real money auction house sooooo... It is basically more P2W than BDO because P2W in BDO is so expensive that it is irrelevant for 99% players.

No different than WoW. WoW is p2w too, at least with this you don't have to pay a monthly subscription on top of it.
And add to that the game price and your in over your head
Idk about that, the gear refinement just rubs me the wrong way you have to invest into one item too much plus grinding too long for the upgrades, in wow the grind for better upgrades is not as tedious you could legit get lucky and get your patch BiS on your first raid instead of investing countless now you could counter argue about gdkp but that wasnt built into the game it was made by players.
@@IraVox93this game chooses weapon upgrades rather than new gears. Almost everyone will be able to get all the gears with some grinding but u need to grind for upgrade mats. Its quite different to wow which u dont farm for upgrades but u keep farming for better tier gears

I played on the KR servers, reached Epic 2 set T2 content/dungeons, and maxed my gear at the time.
At endgame:
- Endgame will solely depend on the alliance that takes over the server. Both PvP and PvE content are heavily tied to this.
- It gets stale, and you’ll notice how lacking the devs are in terms of competence. It’s as if they don’t know where the game is heading.
- Yes, it’s open-world, but you’ll mostly use teleporters, and it feels more linear than “open” due to all the content being separated into zones with invisible walls disguised as big rocks or mountains.
- You’ll notice how small and disconnected parts of the map are (which breaks the "open-world" immersion, in my opinion).
- Gear is heavily pay-to-win .
- The game is very meta-centric, both in PvP and PvE, with lots of gatekeeping.
- Everyone equips SNS during Node Wars.
- Good luck having fun as a solo player! 🤣
- The reason it died in KR is that the devs don’t know how to balance the advantage of big alliances, and it ruins the entire game’s content.
TL;DR
I give this 3 months tops in the West.
Game was never made for Korean ppl. Its made for western which is why it failed in Korea.

Not every MMO, but mostly yes.
WoW servers are still online, so my guess would be that this mmo goes down in the sewers under 3 months, like every other mmorpg as long as WoW is still a thing.
nah theres plenty that are still running even with WoW FFXIV is pretty close to WoW in terms of player count probably more honestly in consistent activity since WoW rolls people back in for a month with an expansion or update then it drops off heavily. FFXIV has spikes like that but theres more people that stick around between content patches in my experience I've been in tons of WoW guild that die out like a couple months into an update and generally my free company's I've joined are still around and infact had kicked me for inactivity rather then me coming back to a guild full of people who don't log in anymore.
