Aminos are great. He's right, protein shake isn't for every situation. I've notice a difference since taken them like faster recovery and just better performance overall.

I was 169 all through high school and I took one bottle and gain around 25 pounds not fat not mucsle just weight. Around 195 then my next bottle gained even more around 215 or 220. I'm around 240 know after back surgery. I was very active as a maintenance man for apt lots of walking and lifting 3 flights of stairs.

Amino Acids do not just build muscle. They contribute to almost every function in your body. Most of the tissue of your body is made of protein which is made of amino acids so anyone with a high school education can see that you don't know what you're talking about. This whole video is just you telling us what you like along with some incorrect facts.
Have some respect for your viewers by waiting until you're more informed to think of yourself as a teacher.

I think you have to fix your terms. Amino Acids doesn't need to be digested because they are predigested form of protein. Hence, they are readily absorbable. And the way you answered the question is so subjective and without even a good theory to backup your answer. And to actually answer that question, you need A.A. if your digestive tract lacks enzyme to breakdown your meat/protein intake. Second, AA is a consideration for people who are not allowed to have meat intake because of it's metabolic waste it produces but still get that function of build and repair.
You don't know what you're talking about. Amino acids are not just a supplement. You are literally made of them. Read a god damn first paragraph of a wikipedia article before you mislead people harder.
